Dr. Ranzetti and his staff are the best. I got up on a Saturday morning with my back messed up and he met me at the office and fixed me up to make it to my granddaughter's dance recital. Plus I haven't been a patient of his for many years! read more

To be honest, I never trusted Chiropractic care. I went to one guy at my wife's recommendation and was in pain for three days afterwards and so I swore them off. But my back started acting up on me. I had to really watch myself or it would feel like a sharp pain just before it would go out on me. Also, my wife had been suffering with Migraines, lower back pain, and leg pain. Someone recommended Dr. Ranzette to her and she went through his program and it made an astounding difference for her. It made such a positive difference that I decided to give him a try. I have to say that, even though I am a little more than midway through therapy, my back is doing great. I had lower back pain regularly before and now I rarely feel any pain or discomfort. My neck is still a work in progress, but I have definitely experienced an improvement in mobility on that front. I recommend Progressive Chiropractic. The staff is amazing. Very caring and kind. And Dr. Ranzette is very knowledgeable and passionate about providing great care. read more

Physical therapy wasn't working and Dr Ranzette was highly recommended by a co-worker. I didn't want surgery so I made an appointment. When I told Dr R my concerns, he patiently explained my x-rays, the treatment plan and why. He, Abby and the rest of his staff were very professional, compassionate and determined to provide the best quality of care. He is a miracle worker and I can't recommend him enough!!! read more

The beauty of Progressive Chiropractic is the idea of being proactive instead of reactive. Dr. Ranzetti and his staff are not only concerned with addressing your pain; your understanding of the rehabilitation process and future treatment is a key feature. I suffered an injury in the weight room that made getting out of bed a constant struggle. My initial consultation not only opened my eyes to the extent of my injury, but also addressed my posture and relative pain. By changing my sleep posture, under Dr. Ranzetti's consultation, I was able to restore my full range of neck mobility! Through the skilled execution of chiropractic techniques and informed consultation, I have achieved a pain free daily routine that has improved my digestion, posture, physical and mental performance. I would highly recommend Progressive Chiropractic c to anyone that is search of pain free living and overall improvements to their quality of life. read more

They are super caring and listen closely to you. Dr. Dave is a miracle worker. Whatever pain I show up with, he has a way to take care of it. For years i delayed going to a chiropractor until a friend of mine who is super careful with recommendations suggested I go to Dr. Dave. It has changed my life. read more

I am very grateful to have found this chiropractic office. The staff and dr put a lot of care and attention into each patient. I came in with headaches and neck pain that were very consistent and bothersome. After a few adjustments I was feeling less pain in my neck. After several visits I no longer have the daily headaches or neck pain. I feel heard when I address my concerns and I feel the dr takes great pride into listening and addressing each concern. The staff is very friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this office for any of my family or friends. It is conveniently located near mt trashmore and town center. They also have hours both morning and afternoon/evening. They always answer the phone which I appreciate when I have questions. Office is clean and tidy and staff members are cleaning equipment after each use. Thank you Dr Renzette for your care and attention to my health! read more

Dr. Ranzette is the best chiropractor. I always feel much better after a visit. He has even fit me in when I throw my back. Thank you!

I have no idea how good or bad this man is as chiropractor. My partner and I left before he performed any adjustments. Let me explain... Started off fine. Small talk and assessments. He assessed my girlfriend and then me. A joke about my posture and gaming lead to him joking about his real-life AR rifle. No big deal. I shoot too. Cool. Then he casually joked about "the revolution". I let that slide too. No comment. Guy has an odd sense of humor, ok, fine. Pop my back right? Nope. Not done making jokes. He then scoffed, as in openly laughed, at the severity rate of CoVid. In front of two RNs. I have no idea what lead to this comment. He knew we were both nurses but it was the first time CoViD came up. I stood, put my on my coat, and told him I was in Queens, NY, during the April outbreak. I also told him he should be ashamed of himself. I admit I swore. Hard F bomb folks. Not sorry. There are much cheaper places to get your back popped and have some guy praise drinking vinegar (yeah, that happened too). Go if you don't care that a medical office head staffer likes to cut jokes about the our national health crisis that has killed so many of us. You're all adults. Good luck out there. God Bless America. read more

If you have a body that is sometimes in motion, you should check out Progressive Chiropractic. I am a mediocre cross fitter, nurse, and constantly training for a PT test and can say that I feel a lot better after seeing Dr Renzetti for a couple months. I pay out of pocket and drive and hour both ways to see their office. I came to Progressive Chiropractic after my husband's recommendation. I did not have an acute injury, just chronic annoyances that show up after particular workouts. During my initial evaluation, I got a set of X-rays, assessment of posture and alignment, and honest recommendations about how they could help. I have been back to their office for about 8 weeks. My favorite thing about their office is the multi-modal stance they take towards pain and posture. For one session, you get to spend about 15 mins using a number of different therapies. For an hour appointment, I get time with a TENS machine with heat to bothered areas, time on a roller/vibration table, short massage by a massage therapist, and a few minutes on an inversion table FOLLOWED by a chiropractic adjustment. I leave feeling a lot better! My shoulders, which bothered me, are feeling better overall, but I appreciate the suggestions of stretches and exercises to add to my routine to keep my core strong and prevent injuries. When I show up with aches and pains after a workout, they are able to help. Great for rehab as well as prehab! I read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm making an exception because my husband and I love Progressive Chiropractic. I've had a slew of athletic injuries over the years and as a result have chronic back pain. I have had poor experiences at various other practices and didn't trust anyone to manipulate my spine. I honestly just accepted that I would always be in pain and constantly worried about the next time I would slip a disc and have to take days off of work to recover. When my husband found Progressive he told me I should come in and I am so glad I did. We've been going for almost 5 years now and it's the reason I am able to exercise and function normally. There have been times Dr. Ranzette has met me on weekends when my back gave out and adjusted me in his off time to get me back on my feet. It's an amazing practice run by fabulous people. I trust Dr. Ranzette with my spine and highly recommend giving his practice a try. read more

Dr. Ranzette and his staff are truly great at treating your needs accurately and professionally. Dr. Ranzette is very knowledgable and caring. He doesn't treat you like just another patient, but has a great personality and personal touch. He can seem a bit tough on his patients at times but that's only because he wants to see everyone make at their personal best and pushes people to meet treatment goals. The massages are top notch! I have been getting adjustments and treatment here for almost 8 years now and have not ever had a bad experience. Dr. Ranzette's knowledge and techniques will keep you pain free. read more

Dr. Ranzette is extremely knowledgable and very good at chiropractic care. I saw him for about a year going up to 3 times per week. My migraines went away and my back feels so much better. My main issue and the reason I left the practice is because Dr. Ranzette does not keep things professional. He makes comments and talks about things that just aren't acceptable (religion, politics. The last appt I went to I explained that I had to leave within an hour and I could hear him complaining about me to his staff because of this. I won't be going back because of the negative environment. read more

Dr. Ranzette tells you what you need to hear. Your body changes so quickly as we age and for many of us, it is a huge wake up call. We think we are taking care of it by eating right and exercising, but there are so many other things we can do. He has changed the way I look at my body, helped me get on the right vitamins and explained the importance of investing in my health. He cares and goes above and beyond other chiropractors I've been to in the past. Thankful I was recommended to him! read more

A few weeks ago I really hurt my back I was in terrible pain so bad I was limping in the airport on way home from Seattle. I was looking for a chiropractor and read the write up on the practice and really impressed by their philosophy. Four (4) sessions in and I have to honestly say I feel like a new person!! This guy is a great chiropractor not sure how he does it but I am feeling better incrementally each time I visit. Add to this his great bed-side manner and you got a skilled practitioner who is empathetic but lighthearted, personable and entertaining. But also a serious Doc who holds you accountable for your own well-being while doing great things for your body. So far its been a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to continuing this chiropractor for a long time. read more

Dr. Ranzette has really helped problems with my neck and back!!

First appointment was actually pretty shocking because I discovered things, health wise, about my body that I didn't know was actually an issue. That first appointment pretty much changed my life because it made me very conscious of those issues, and for the past couple years I had been working toward bettering those issues. Slowly but surely things have improved, but maybe if I went as often as Dr. Ranzette suggested initially issues would have resolved much faster so that's my fault. I've taken the advice I was given and changed the smallest aspects of my lifestyle: I stretch when I wake up and throughout the day, I wear supportive shoes at work, I try to be conscious of my posture by sitting up straight, and looking straight, not down, at a screen (computer or phone). I appreciate what the team has done for me and I greatly appreciate Dr. Ranzette for the BEST adjustments EVER. I can't live without them, and I can't believe the instant relief. A few cracks of the spine later and it feels like I am in a brand new body. Go here, and never go anywhere else. Well worth it. read more
