Dr. Dolmat is the best, he takes time to explain everything relating both to anatomy and treatment, and patiently answers any questions you may have. Always feel worlds better after an appointment, on my first visit I could barely walk but in 2 weeks I was ready to run a marathon. Thanks to my previously untreated scoliosis, I started visiting Dr. Dolmat with a spine that looked like a fusilli noodle. Office management and scheduling is terribly unorganized. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and they scheduled me for Wednesday. I was told via email that my copay included an adjustment and a massage. I asked if I could schedule my massage and they said to come and be seen and then they would schedule my massage. I had an adjustment done and no massage. I scheduled my massage for Thursday. They charged me a copay for both my massage and adjustment separately. I paid double for what I could have paid for just one copayment for. Office manager tried to tell me she scheduled me for an adjustment and a massage, but I know for a fact I scheduled just my massage because that is all I had time for that day. Communication, scheduling and organization is terrible. Only interested in collecting copays. Would not recommend. read more

I came in with acute back pain. It hurt to sit, stand, breathe... just in pure discomfort honestly. I was a new patient and booked me for an appointment for 7am (extremely early, but I needed my back adjusted pretty badly) anyways... I filled out paperwork, did an initial exam, and waited about 45 minutes in a room. Finally, the Dr. comes in (super loud and obnoxious by the way... once again at 7am) Asks me more questions and says he wants an X-ray. Ok cool. I do the x rays and now I'm thinking time for my adjustment! NOPE. I am taken to the front desk and they schedule an appointment for Monday. I was out of words. 1. Please tell me that I won't be getting an adjustment the same day because I surely would have left right away. 2. I even checked a box on the paperwork saying I was there for immediate relief. 3. You expect me to come back to a place that did not relieve my immediate pain... instead you want me to walk around in pain for 3 days. Absolutely unacceptable. You do not care. Of course I won't be back. This place and their service was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this place for your chiropractor needs. The lady at the front desk was nice I guess but I came in because I needed help and was in pain and discomfort. I don't have time to wait 3 days. I left here, waited an hour at home and then went to "The Joint". Wow what a difference!! Top notch professionalism. I was able to get adjusted within 30 minutes, instant relief, and they also took the care and time to explain and educate me. No x ray needed!!! No games being played. Normal people hours of business. Do yourself a favor and avoid a 7am non helpful appointment that includes long wait times and unnecessary x rays... oh and did I mention no adjustment??! Incredible. Dr. Dolmat, what a relief it was to see him again. I have been to him on and off for years, however, it's been almost 3 years since I last seen him. When I called, Tiffany knew who I was just by the sound of my voice ! Made me an appointment for the very next day. Was greeted pleasantly with a smile, filled out my paperwork and off I was to see the Doctor. After a thorough examination, and Fred's visual explanation Dr. Dolmat outlined a plan of treatment that will get me back to moving without pain, or pain killers. I was about two minutes late admit that, because I was having a hard time finding it I overlooked the location that was my fault. However I've never been to a chiropractor so when I emailed them for the appointment they made me under the impression that the x-rays the consultation and the alignment would all be in the same day. I walked in and they said that I had to schedule another visit to get my back aligned and that it would just be the consultation and x-ray today. I filled out what I knew, and the front desk woman was getting impatient and was heavily putting things down, and sighing heavily. They said that my x ray and my consultation was free, but kept insisting I put my insurance information when I clearly told them in email and up front when I got there I wasn't going to be using my insurance. I didn't appreciate the attitude and she gave me for asking questions about basic things. Something doesn't feel right about this place if it's truly free ( like they told me through email, keep in mind I specifically told them I would not be using insurance) they said it wasn't a problem and it would be free for the consultation and x ray and then $40 for the alignment. Very very disappointed. Work on having you're front desk girls treat people with more respect rather the client feel like they are a burden. read more

I fully recommend this place The ladies and Dr. Dolmat are great. Very thorough and they treat every patient with equal care no matter your age. Plus they take Blue Cross Blue Shield which I always appreciate. Dolmat will make corny jokes the whole time but I appreciate it cause I deal with pain and anxieties the same way. Might as well joke about it instead of stressing out. Your first visit will be a very thorough consultation and physical exam along with 2 complimentary X-rays. They'll book you the following day or at your earliest convenience for an in-depth discussion about your X-rays and what everything means. They'll then discuss plans and billing at your choice. Then offer full X-rays and corrections and therapy. They also offer massage. They will only make corrections after X-rays have developed so keep that in mind. read more

Dr. Dolmat has been a miracle worker for literally my entire life. My dad came here all the time when I was growing up and I always came with him they were so friendly in every single experience I've had for well over a decade. When I was in a bad accident they were quick to examine me and make sure I was okay. They all know me by name and the staff is just so amazing I consider them family. It's always such a pleasant time when I come here. When I was developing scoliosis they were quick to treat it and I was cleared of it after I finished all my adjustments. And even though my back hurts from time to time because of the scoliosis they are the only people I'll ever let adjust me. Highly highly recommended! read more

I waited almost 2 hours for a walk in appointment. It was my first visit here and I understand there is some waiting to be had as a walk in. But this was unreal. Then after waiting the almost 2 hours to be brought back to an exam room I was told that they do not do adjustments on the first visit. I asked if they took walk-ins they said yes. I expect to be adjusted when I come in. I don't have 2 hours to hang around to hear an overview of a brief exam. So no, I won't be coming back to wait again. read more

Don't expect to get an adjustment on your first visit. I waited 1 hr to get x-rayed and be told that adjustments are done on the second visit. On my second visit I waited around 30 and the adjustment literally only took 2 mins. The doctor only cracked my neck and upper back and I was so disappointed. I was also expecting the hip twist but in order to get your lower back adjusted you have to pay an additional of $180 to have it x-rayed first. I thought it was a total ripoff because other chiropractors adjust your whole body on the first session. I will not be coming back here. The doctor also tries to be funny and its so annoying. You can tell everyone that works there truly loves their job. All of his staff was so friendly! This was my second chiropractic experience after ten years. The office is well-run, clean, and comfortable. They give you all the information you need before doing anything which put me at ease. I was in a car accident and it was just nice to be in such a positive atmosphere after what I went through. After he does his adjustments they put you on a machine that feels like a massage. I've been seeing Dr. Dolmat for about a year now and I LOVE his adjustments. I feel immediate relief every time I see him and its so easy to make an appointment in his office. This place is just a SCHEME. It is not a medical place at all and I had the worst experience with the doctor and his staff. First of all it took them 3 months to submit my papers to my insurance in order to get reimbursed. After they got the money for x-ray and exams they did not care anymore and each time I called them simply lied to me that they sent the papers which in reality they never did. Eventually I had to find the agent to call and after several calls and a month follow up I finally got the papers of the services. The front desk person "Tiffany" is not professional. Anytime you call to get an appointment she says you can come now and then when you go you find that other people are there by appointment and you have to wait at least an hour to be seen. She does not even bother to explain to give a time frame. The worst part is Dr. Dolmat. I am not sure how he calls himself a doctor. He gave me the worst treatment ever and made me permanently disabled. When I went to discuss he was not even ready to talk to me about the other options or offer me some other treatment modalities to relieve my pain. If you don't pay he would not want to listen to you. I told him that since the harsh cracking I have had horrible pain in my neck and my back and I can not go to work or even sleep because of pain. His answer was to go see a physical therapist or a doctor. I went there with a little pain and discomfort but now I am dealing with a horrible pain everyday in my neck, shoulders and lower back. It is all because of the unprofessional treatments and crackings that I got at their practice. The worst part was that he would not even return my calls to discuss the issue with me, and was expecting me to get another appointment, and pay again to talk to him. I did not get even a simple sympathy and I am having a lot of issues now. Please SAVE yourself and do not go there. read more
