I had to massage my area with a cream and overtime the soreness and lumpy feeling decreased. I did a pain pill (something extra I had at home) overnight to help me sleep because I was uncomfortable, and I sleep on my side. I am day 5 out from my treatment and I can see a huge noticeable difference. I will only need one more treatment to get the results I want. I could stop here, but I have seen big changes and my thighs are slimming down. I highly recommend this for anyone battling a specific area of your body that you want to trim down.
