I recently had the Mesotherapy done on my saddlebags. My hips have always been super 'thick' and I…read morehave been self conscious about them. My treatment last about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was very sore afterwards (you are getting multiple injections in your skin). This only last for about 3-4 days. I had to massage my area with a cream and overtime the soreness and lumpy feeling decreased. I did a pain pill (something extra I had at home) overnight to help me sleep because I was uncomfortable, and I sleep on my side. I am day 5 out from my treatment and I can see a huge noticeable difference. I will only need one more treatment to get the results I want. I could stop here, but I have seen big changes and my thighs are slimming down. I highly recommend this for anyone battling a specific area of your body that you want to trim down. It will hurt the first couple of days, but the results are worth it. Remember beauty is pain.

During that time, multiple staff members walked by without acknowledging me or asking if I had been helped. I eventually texted the scheduling number to let them know I was there. Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. I hope the clinic improves its communication and respect for patients' time.

The customer is not made aware that this truly is a NOT body circumference of 360 degrees because mostly it requires full anesthesia to reach actually and safely reach those depths within the tissue around your abdomen but customers are deceived into thinking that this will be achieved they will literally see results "all around" the full abdomen area we paid for. Please present this to necessary parties at the local office in Norfolk VA and see if again I can just get what was quoted in my package as "waist area" but yet I have extra skin lapsing in the sides of abdominal area, creating an undesired non-aesthetic appearance, and of course causing me as a consumer to ultimately spend thousands more for a repair the company is not willing to negotiate at a reasonable rate and not even consider it a revision but an additional surgery.  We as healthcare consumers are entitled to the same rights as any other type consumer that ensures proper regulation and practices and we also have medical protections within our state surgical and plastic surgical licensing entities and board certification agencies. There are several lawsuits existing throughout the country against the corporation and their unsatisfactory practices that can be googled and freely obtained by the public so I would just like to receive a partial refund and leave the situation gracefully and not have to continue with the legal courses of actions I have initiated for my protection as a consumer." The space itself is immaculate elegant yet warm, modern yet soothing but it's the feeling you get that truly sets it apart. There's an unmistakable energy of intention and love in every corner. This isn't just a spa. It's a sanctuary where self-care is honored, and clients are treated with the utmost respect and compassion. The heart of this experience, without question, is the owner. Her presence is gracious, genuine, and deeply reassuring. She took time real, uninterrupted time to speak with me, understand my needs, and guide me through the services with care and professionalism that was both refreshing and rare. Every question I asked was met with kindness, patience, and thoughtful explanation. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt seen, heard, and valued not just as a client, but as a person. What moved me most was her quiet confidence and empathy. It was clear that this isn't just a business for her it's a calling. She brings a level of care that goes beyond surface beauty; she fosters trust, connection, and healing. Whether it was her gentle tone, her attentiveness, or the warmth behind her eyes, there was something deeply comforting in how she worked. In a world where service often feels transactional, this felt deeply personal. I cannot recommend Glitz Spa Bar highly enough. It's rare to find a space where both the service and the soul of the experience are equally beautiful. If you're looking for more than just a treatment if you're looking for a moment of peace, care, and genuine connection this is where you'll find it. What the owner has created here is not only exceptional; it's unforgettable. Glitz Spa Bar is located at 300 Monticello Avenue, Suite #294, Norfolk, Virginia 23510, United States. If you're in the area or even just passing through it is absolutely worth the visit.
