I asked them to check again and they discovered that had made the error and I was told "that's too bad". Not exaclty the customer service I would expect when I'm paying that much. She does not demonstrate everything the kids in her class are supposed to be doing, leaving them wandering and lost half the time. She gives up on certain kids and just walks past them when they obviously need guidance. If you watch one of her classes, you'll see the kids eyes are wandering around the room half the time because she's not giving them clear instructions and keeping them interested. Do not sign your child up for Teacher Dorys level 1 class if you want them to learn anything!! They also delete reviews on their Instagram page!!

It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

We usually stay for 2-3 hours. My son absolutely loves it. There is so much to do, ball pit, climbing, balancing, cars to ride on, bounce houses, foam pit (sometimes), toys, swings for baby's, ride on toys for babies, and so much more! This place is great for kids from birth to probably 12 years old. I highly recommend this place to play!

None of our other kiddos had an interest in these skills and sports, until now, with our youngest daughter who is 7. She just loves going and is on her second set of classes at Vega. She feels safe and cared for and hops into the car after, sweaty and excited to tell everything she learned that day. (Which continues on at home to SHOWING her dad and I everything as well! ) Fostering that enthusiasm and engaging whole body mechanics is very important to us. Especially coming out of the past year and a half where our children were very limited on athletics here in the Pacific Northwest. We are thankful for the ease of email, the online member portal, and the great communication provided by the staff at Vega. Having instructors that are nurturing and also good at redirecting younger students is a tough task, but they have done it here! It definitely feels welcoming to all people there.

My daughter can barely do a cartwheel, but her sense of confidence, her agility and her flexibility have all improved drastically over the last 4 months that we've been attending. The center is owned and operated by Pepper. My son thinks her name is Chili (get it, chili pepper?) and her name is true to her act. She not only spices up the place with new ideas, she's hot on getting everyone to participate in a safe and fun way. She knows every kid's name and greets them each every week. The instructors are fabulous. Classes fill up fast and the schedules vary so much that we can always find a class that fits our needs. It's cheaper if you sign up for a "unit" which is extended weeks rather than just the 4-week cycle. It's a bit chilly in there in the winter, so bring a jacket and have the kids wear a sweatshirt to warm up with. It also has that "gym smell" but we've gotten used to it.

It's an amazing facility with topline equipment and all of the coaches my daughter has worked with have been great. We have had an especially outstanding experience with Coach Chris. He is a great combination of exact, hands-on instruction and playful silliness that works really well for my kiddo. She has made awesome progress with his coaching!
