I have been charged for renters insurance after October when I should have been taken off because I bought a home. I happened to look at my checking account and saw that there were 3 automatic widthdrawals for Oct, Nov Dec. by Progressive. I have better homeowners insurance through another company. When I tried to call on Dec 26 to straighten this out, I was on hold for 50 minutes. I am very upset as this was not taken care of when I requested. Does anyone at the call center do their job? Progressive insurance is the worst. Got into quite a situation last night, stuck in the mud, an d called them for roadside assistance. We ended up waiting for them for around 3 hours. Gave up and payed a little more for a different company. When we called progressive, they had said the tow truck was having issues. Would have been nice to know that instead of just waiting for 3 hours with no updates from them. Do not insure with progressive. They are the absolute worst. I dont pay $100 a month for them to just sit on their ass. read more

Progressive is too busy to send an adjuster for 2 weeks, so my motorhome has to sit for 2 weeks and then the service center will order the parts! I'll be looking for a different insurance company after the work is done! read more

Unbelievably great to work with from start to finish. Everyone was exceedingly kind, efficient, and courteous. They allowed me to create appointments that worked with my schedule, they offered coffee and a bag for my things (small, but makes a difference), and explained each step before they/it happened. Some idiot decided to rear end me one day and his insurance company was progressive. I take my truck here to get estimated and after reading good reviews on how fast the process was, I expected it to be a short wait. One hour later I'm sitting here, no updates on what's taking long. I understand things take time, but if you tell me 5 minutes it better be 5 minutes. I have been waiting for 5 minutes for the past hour. 3 stars cause they have free snacks and drinks. read more

Do not take your car here for repairs! I wish I had looked into their claim service reviews more before bringing my car here. I have been with Progressive for 12 years but after my experience I will be changing companies as soon as possible. Integrity is the most important thing in business and it is greatly lacking here. Do yourself a favor and change companies before something happens and you need to file a claim. read more

Fast easy service dealing with the unpleasant situation of auto body repair. Was told originally that my car wouldn't be ready for four days! I told them since I didn't have rental coverage on my policy that it was going to be impossible to be without a car for that long. Aaron pulled some strings and got my car back in two days! I have Progressive insurance and decided to use the company's repair service and I am sure glad I did!! The deductible was the only amount due, I had rental included in my policy and was as easy as 1, 2, 3!! They asked what time is convenient for me to drop off the vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. The repairs did not take long and they did a wonderful job! They called me to keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle throughout the process and made it simple to pick up my car! This Review is not about the service center it is about Progressive Insurance and some of the employees I dealt with that is at that location on Curry Road. On 8/31 I was in an accident with a person that stopped in the middle of the street with no lights on outside his car, no hazards lights just stopped in a dark area and his car was black. There was a car ahead of me that manage to swerve out of the way but i was not so lucky and my passenger bumper hit him. The officer on the scene was very nice did not give me a ticket because the person admitted his fault. Progressive made me take the liability and had me take my car to precision auto who they stated was right down the street from them at 803 Curry in Tempe this guy Zack kept my car for almost a month I get it home and it is leaking fluid they have refused to help me with this situation The people handling my claim were Jared, Jeff, and Madison. They wanted me to take my car back to this shop and I did the guy refused to look at it, I went to their office and they refused to answer the phone or meet me down there at the shop although they told me they would. This has been the worst experience and my car is still leaking fluid and Precision aut did a horrible on the bumper, Progressive should be ashamed of their selves for paying this shop without inspecting my car. read more

I'm not a Progressive policy owner but, if I get hit again like I recently did, I hope the driver is with Progressive. Their claim service was fast, efficient, and professional, thanks to Brent Jones, the adjuster. He had me take my car to the Service Center, where Frank explained the process, and gave me a choice of repair shops. I told him I don't care, just fix it. A few days later I picked it up at the service center, good as new. In fact, it was not only repaired, the entire car was waxed and buffed. Thanks Progressive, you guys do good work! read more

I really don't understand any of the negative reviews of this place. My wife and I had the most positive experience having her car repaired here. Joi was our service representative, and I have to honestly say we have not experienced someone with her level of professionalism, customer service, prompt communication, and bubbly personality in YEARS!!! And I'm talking at any business: retail stores, hotels, rental car representatives, etc. We had an appointment with Joi and she came outside as soon as she saw us drive up in our car. She made sure every aspect of our car (besides the damage) was in working order before we left, and even put floor mats and seat covers over my wife's leather seats. Once inside there were drinks and snacks. Joi encouraged us to help ourselves (they even had Oreo's and Goldfish crackers). Joi quoted us a week for the repairs to my wife's car, but called back two days later saying the repairs had already been done! We even received a small can of touch-up paint that was leftover from when they had to paint the bumper. This place was so convenient, and with Joi's level of service, it made for a wonderful car repair experience. read more
