I overheard a customer in their rear-most space which is where they go over their personalized stationary. They are very thorough in going over how the customer wanted their particular piece to look. Greko not only took our work on, they produced a product that exceeded all of my expectations! They took my rough drafts and produced a final product that looked like a million bucks! I was stunned by how much they were able to enlarge my pictures and how incredibly clear they turned out. The colors were phenomenal. The quality of the work was so impressive. So I went here thinking about $40 out the door. With insurance the young man in the Northville UPS store said $80 to ship! I quoted the online price and he said this price included some sort of "warranty" and that the online rate must have been incorrect. They rip you off here IMO. We took the package to UPS service counter in Livonia and shipped it for $34.40 with $1800 insurance! I also had another experience with an electronic item a few months ago. Where it was well over $100 for what Fedex charged $80 I believe it was. Stay away.

She even refilled the paper well twice! I've been here several times and been happy with minor printing: think 5 or less copies. Today was a relief; I never could have done it alone.
