Our business reached a point when the site design was becoming more technical than we could handle. We needed pro's to improve better site navigation. Verde built our site on time and the results have been powerful. We eliminated numerous customer service issues we had been having. We have been so happy with their work they now run our online ads program and we will also delegate our social media and email marketing to them. They know what they are doing and easy to work with. Our experience with them has been very fluid and increased our sales. Almost all of our revenue results from online purchases to Verde's work has been crucial. Great team!

Verde Media was by far the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating company I encountered in the area. Not having any knowledge of website building, Verde Media made sure I was kept updated on the progress of the site and answered all of my questions happily. They made each stage of the website construction easy, helped me develop some ideas for the look and feel of the website, and made very good suggestions that were implemented into the site. Further, we had somewhat of a constrained timeline and Verde Media did their absolute best to meet that deadline, even when I asked for it to be delivered earlier the last week of development. I highly recommend reaching out to Verde Media if you need any help with your website. I am confident you will receive a high quality product, work with some very nice people, and be happy with your experience.

I would NOT work for this company in Cincinnati. The level of favoritism and unprofessionalism is…read moreunreal. I was first brought on to work for this company and I was extremely excited. The Job its self is fun. Dealing with this company, management in Cincinnati and getting paid not so much. On multiple occasions - Which I have screenshots and proof. I would reach out to the state manager and she would be unresponsive. I would go days, sometimes longer than a week without hearing a response. The company shows favoritism and hand selects people for certain jobs allowing them the option to pick before they put the list of opportunities out to everyone else. Allowing a certain person to work the majority of the "good" events... luckily I was friends with one of the "favorites" so l was able to work as well but I heard from other "contractors" how unfair it was. I was always happy to work last minute or pick up an event when an emergency came up for someone else - Life Happens. I was put on a four hour golf event last minute as they needed someone and it took almost two months to get paid. Once I started complaining after a month about this it was a downwards slope. I was "let go" 2 weeks later without any notice because I had a vital emergency come up - (which I NEVER called off and got covered) I can't tell you how many shifts or people in the company I've had to do this for. I was good at my job, picked up lots of events, brought people on and did a good job with pictures and recaps. A lot of reps gave me their personal cell phone numbers and would tell me how great of a job I was doing. The company as a whole might not be terrible but I can tell you Cincinnati is not managed well at all. When I called corporate and expressed that I was upset and I felt like it was unfair. She said because she is in Michigan she doesn't know whats happening in Cincinnati and there was nothing I could do about it being upset or filing a complaint because I am an independent contractor. At the end of the day this company can say it was my "lack of professionalism and customer feedback" but If that was the case I'm not sure why I was put on so many events and requested by certain reps.

Then I spoke to Grace about prints and having more to add to the list. I was making a "scrap book" of a significant trip that I took in honor of my grandfather (right before I found out that he was in hospice) so getting these photos was a big deal. I messed up my own deliverable and needed to edit it and send it back to them to print. I called and they made sure they would put my two separate orders in but package them together for me. Grace was very nice and understanding about this entire thing. I then kept bugging Jake and asked about selling gear (because my stuff is just sitting), so I picked up the prints and brought my DSLR. Jake had my prints ready, and Robert helped me with my camera and lenses I was trying to sell. All went smoothly and they were all so nice. Highly recommend!
