Today, S**n at the counter was condescending, impatient and rude. Chomping gum while assisting customers: just don't. After the computer changed the weight of my shipment from 2.05 lbs to 7.10 pounds twice and I pointed it out (politely) he snapped "I do this all the time". Classy. I'm sure you do but with that attitude, you'll be doing it less as your customers find another shipper/location. Literally the worst customer service I've experienced in ages.

Since apparently that changes based on mood, staffing, or whatever excuse is convenient that day. Half the time I drive there, I'm told no. The other half, it's magically fine. Calling ahead would solve that... except no one answers the phone. So instead, I get to waste my time driving there where I know I'll be met with a rude, annoyed employee or two who act like helping customers is a personal inconvenience.
