I am fairly new to a company that has done business with C & A for quite sometime.... That being…read moresaid- I had no preference in who printed my documents or their timeliness or efficiency until I learned my actual job. Not only was Aaron EXTREMELY effective at communicating, but he also got the job that I needed done in one day. I know that my company likely has high volume and its worth it to C & A to have good customer service, but I know they still have unpaid invoices (i'm working on getting the checks written - and please don't be like this to this awesome company if you can help it!) Regardless, the clients are put first as it should be, and they made sure to get the work done for me. I am mostly complementing Aaron because he is who I was in contact with when I recently made a large mistake at work- He understood, knew what I needed, and got the job done. I also want to compliment whoever was working Tuesday Morning at the office that made an effort to wheel the boxes outside for me when I was more than willing and ready to truck them out to the car myself. This business is an example of why its so important to make relationships with local companies- I am not suggesting giving them the pressure of a quick turnaround like I did this time, but their professionalism and care (as well as a polished finished product) is the reason that I will continue working with this company as long as I am able to.

From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely took the time to listen to what we were trying to accomplish. He answered our questions, checked measurements and details, and made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything. We were also pleasantly surprised by the price because we expected the project to cost much more! There comes a time in life when you meet someone and you just know they're genuine people. Then there's the flip side of that coin, too. Shon is definitely a people person and honestly, he's our kind of people. His energy is infectious, and it's impressive to meet someone who is so genuinely welcoming, supportive, and kind. You just don't find people like that every day. If you need printing, photography, design, or other media services, I definitely recommend checking them out. Great customer service is one thing, but genuine people make all the difference. Thank you, Shon, for making us feel so welcome and for going above and beyond to help us!
