Not only was Aaron EXTREMELY effective at communicating, but he also got the job that I needed done in one day. I know that my company likely has high volume and its worth it to C & A to have good customer service, but I know they still have unpaid invoices (i'm working on getting the checks written - and please don't be like this to this awesome company if you can help it!) Regardless, the clients are put first as it should be, and they made sure to get the work done for me. I am mostly complementing Aaron because he is who I was in contact with when I recently made a large mistake at work- He understood, knew what I needed, and got the job done. I also want to compliment whoever was working Tuesday Morning at the office that made an effort to wheel the boxes outside for me when I was more than willing and ready to truck them out to the car myself. This business is an example of why its so important to make relationships with local companies- I am not suggesting giving them the pressure of a quick turnaround like I did this time, but their professionalism and care (as well as a polished finished product) is the reason that I will continue working with this company as long as I am able to.

She was literally smashing them with her hand on her desk as I sat there with my son explaining how I wanted the obituaries to be. I can even get over the nasty gnats flying everywhere how very gross but I can't get her lack of compassion her disrespectful demeanor and rude attitude . My mother just died and that lady could careless about your loss . the deposit was 200 and after that her rude behavior started after I message her to ask about obituaries she clearly had a attitude. now I have never had obituaries made before so I just needed to know the process and I was told by her I would get a email to look over and approve obituary but I didnt get one. So I messaged her saying I never got a email to approve the look of obituaries and I had paid a extra 75 to get obituaries in 24 hours instead of 48hours she called me letting me know to check junk mail and basically don't text her that she did not open til 10am and let's get this over with so she could be done with me and my obituaries and if I basically keep texting her she will refund my deposit now i would of took the deposit and ran but my mother funeral was two days away. so I played it cool . But gross Behaviour. If u can stomach the nasty facility and nasty behavior of the owner be my guest but I will never Ever Ever go back to or recommend this place to no one . Thee worst ! On top of they messed up obituary. With no remorse . Gross facility gross Behaviour. To hold a small business "hostage' during these times of CV19 is completely ridiculous... I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.
