Quick, Timely Results! I contacted Koda and Mr. Gilbert as…read moreI had reason to doubt the personal credibility of a person that a family member was seeing at the time. Very impressive report that listed issues of great concern followed - and quickly, too! In short, my concerns were validated with his lengthy, detailed report. I know that there are many services online that promise a lot, but, when it matters this much, I didn't want to put the potential safety and security of a family member in the hands of a nameless, faceless person from some online site. No way. Mr. Gilbert kept in touch and kept me fully informed as to the projected date of the report and was very patient and concerned in answering my many questions. I was impressed with his genuine concern for my case and his professionalism. Highly recommended!!

just now-Edit I hired this company to help me with my…read moreinvestigation. I am in the process of evicting the tenant from hell, who scammed at least 4 people before me. The owner of this company promised me to deliver in 24 to 48 hours the comprehensive background report, licence plate number and the most importantly information of my tenant's verification of employment. He told me he knows someone at Chrysler corporate office and it will be no problem to get this information. I paid for his services total of $345 on 11/12/18. I explained to him that my deadline is 11/27/18, I had the court hearing on that day. His assistant delivered to me 1 page of "uncomprehensive" report literally 15 minutes before my hearing, and the report that I obtained on line by myself for $22 contained a lot more information than the one I paid to this PI $175. The licence plate information was sent to me on 11/30/18. Also, he accused me of calling my credit card company and putting stop payment , which was ridiculous lie.I have lost thousands of dollars and will have to put thousands of dollars into restoring my house once I will take the possession of my property. This $345 is a small change in compare what my losses are. He informed me that he is not going to provide me with employment verification. I think he used it as an excuse because he was not able to get this info. Also he was pushing me to spend even more $$$ on unnecessary GPS placement, about $349a week, plus $50 to put GPS and remove it, which I refused to do. The bottom line, the business dealing of this PI agency and it's owner is very unethical, I feel I have been scammed by him. My advise to you, do your own research, be your own PI and attorney and you can get a lot more results in more efficient way and you will spend 10 times less $$ than hiring this company.

He charged me 450 for the profile and was given $200 in April but did not do any of the services. The owner Anton Jackson had received 1,183.00 cash as down payment for an in house loan from his company "Visuastruct development corporation" for home repair to cover the supplies and labor. Then every month I had to pay 671 for 18 months until the 12,000 loan is paid off. He received 2 months payments of $671.00 of payments from my credit card. Last payment was received in April but no work has been done to my house. So I didn't pay the third payment and I starting asking about the loan. He then info me that I did not get the loan after he received nearly 2,500 from. I believe this finances services never existed! In May 2017 I told him since you already have my $2,500 and you did not do any work or paid for supplies for this project. We need to set up a new agreement! He agreed with using the $2,500 as labor and I have to buy the materials so I can have the house in fair condition. For over a month he was avoiding calls and would not give me the material list to buy and supplies until I had to reversed my credit card charges in July 2017. The $1,300 is still in disputes with my bank. The last time I seen Anton was 1 week ago taking measurements and agreeing again to start on the work. He has been voiding all communication for BBB.. Now, he has disabled his website, customer portal with all the details of the agreement. I want my full remaining balance which $1,183 and $200 for my business profile for my business. I would NOT work for this company in Cincinnati. The level of favoritism and unprofessionalism is…read moreunreal. I was first brought on to work for this company and I was extremely excited. The Job its self is fun. Dealing with this company, management in Cincinnati and getting paid not so much. On multiple occasions - Which I have screenshots and proof. I would reach out to the state manager and she would be unresponsive. I would go days, sometimes longer than a week without hearing a response. The company shows favoritism and hand selects people for certain jobs allowing them the option to pick before they put the list of opportunities out to everyone else. Allowing a certain person to work the majority of the "good" events... luckily I was friends with one of the "favorites" so l was able to work as well but I heard from other "contractors" how unfair it was. I was always happy to work last minute or pick up an event when an emergency came up for someone else - Life Happens. I was put on a four hour golf event last minute as they needed someone and it took almost two months to get paid. Once I started complaining after a month about this it was a downwards slope. I was "let go" 2 weeks later without any notice because I had a vital emergency come up - (which I NEVER called off and got covered) I can't tell you how many shifts or people in the company I've had to do this for. I was good at my job, picked up lots of events, brought people on and did a good job with pictures and recaps. A lot of reps gave me their personal cell phone numbers and would tell me how great of a job I was doing. The company as a whole might not be terrible but I can tell you Cincinnati is not managed well at all. When I called corporate and expressed that I was upset and I felt like it was unfair. She said because she is in Michigan she doesn't know whats happening in Cincinnati and there was nothing I could do about it being upset or filing a complaint because I am an independent contractor. At the end of the day this company can say it was my "lack of professionalism and customer feedback" but If that was the case I'm not sure why I was put on so many events and requested by certain reps.
