I feel like this guy took my money and ran. $600. I kept texting him over and over again for updates. He'd constantly have excuses. He did a small amount of the work I requested and then I never heard from him again. Infuriating!! read more

I had a great experience with Michael and his team at Phase 4 Investigations. I live out of state and was working on a case where I needed multiple pieces of information and different tasks completed. Michael kept me posted throughout the process and sent me the information I needed in a timely manner. Their costs were also reasonable and just a pleasure to work with. Had to Go back to Court due to the fact that I was served with papers, my ex-husband was asking the court to lower his child support. I called Mike at Phase 4 Investigations and not only did he pull up my report and forward it to my attorney regarding my ex-husband current employment he even walked across the street on court day and sat in the court room in the event my attorney needed to put him on the stand. I was never billed for this service. Thanks for going the extra mile guys read more

I cannot begin to sing the praises I have for Phase4. The service was fast - which is great. The communication was amazing - which is even better. I was kept informed along the way as to what was happening with my case. As a consumer, I appreciate that, especially being out of state and feeling helpless since I was forced to rely solely on others. They were the perfect choice to help ease those feelings. Very disappointed! I hired Mike to do a personal back ground check on 4-17-2015. I called him to see if it was ready. He said it has been done, the report is sitting on his desk but he has left the office for the day. He said he would call me tomorrow. He never called. I called several times and left messages. I messaged him on FB and even went down to his office but it was closed. Thank goodness I didn't pre pay. I'm confused if this PI did the work, claims the report is on his desk, wouldn't he want to get paid?????? read more

These guys went above and beyond for me. They are conveniently located across from the county building/circuit court and are reasonably priced. I had them serve someone for me that did not want to be served and they got it done, papers in hand. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any service they provide. read more

I was sent to these guys by a friend that is also going thru a divorce, she used their services to help her get custody of her children and with the use of a GPS Tracker and surveillance she was awarded full custody. My divorce was just as ugly in the fact that my wife was neglecting my children and running around while I was at work; Phase 4 helped me to determine and obtain the evidence I need for my attorney. The prices were fair and the guys were always there when ever I had a question or problem, I would and will refer these guys to anyone needing this type of services. Very Disappointed and will never hire this company again!! I hired them to complete a job (to ensure the safe return of my grandchildren during a custody dispute) and received an absolute guarantee from Mike that they could do the job. They took our money and never completed the report for the court hearing. I called him numerous times and received multiple promises from "Mike" (a self proclaimed former police officer) that he would be sending me the information. Never received any report and then he stopped answering my calls or texts. What a scammer, he took our money and ran with it- no integrity at all. read more

When I broke up with my ex-boyfriend I never thought he would turn into such a creep. I called phase4 out of necessity when the police would not help me, Mike and his team performed security and conducted surveillance on my apartment complex. Turns out he was following me home everyday. Thank God they caught him when the police did finally show up he had a knife in his car. Who knows what would of happened to me if I just would of waited?
