I did business with Kenneth Haynes a while back. He lied, manipulated and navigated us away from a purchase we had been waiting almost a year to complete. This scoundrel had a closing 2 weeks prior and scheduled a closing for us know he had already closed. Don't trust or believe this joker!! We wasted time and money while he laughed in our face and pulled the rug from under our feet. I would like to express myself more, but this is not the venue for that. Stay away from this liar, PLEASE!!!! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Kenneth H.

I served four years in the United States Marines as an Aero-Tech working on the airlines in Kaneohe Bay Hawaii. Afterwards, I returned home and completed my schooling in Engineering. I worked as an Electronics Engineer for 15 years with World Wide Services Group. During my last few years of, I started to educate myself in the world of financial services. I acquired my investment licenses, insurances licenses and mortgage licenses. After working for a large financial services company for nine years, I started my own business helping Non-profits and small businesses with their financial needs. For the last seven years, I have worked hard to deliver great services to all of my clients both commercially and on a personal financial level. My company, Triad Resource & Development Group LLC, works with many Non-Profits and small businesses to guide their success and growth.

Stay away from this company. They will fast talk you into paying for services offering "Mortgage…read moreRelief" that can often be obtained for free or low cost from your lender or HUD. They will then send you conflicting, confusing messages, tell you 'they are working hard' but I heard the following numerous and by turns ridiculous and hilarious excuses: My settlement offer with Wells Fargo was not moving along because 1. The mortgage officer assigned to my case was 'on maternity leave' (I later called her in person. She is childless). 2. They were short-handed because of the sequester and had to hire temps. I'm not sure what the sequester had to do with anything since they are not a federal agency. 3. When I learned my mortgage was not eligible for settlement under the Mortgage Relief act (Confirmed by both HUD and the mortgage officer at the lender) they insisted settlements were done on a "case by case" basis. There are two possible explanations for their conduct. They either did not know the law when they signed me as a client which make them incompetent. Or they did know I was not eligible from the get go and took my money anyway which makes them guilty of fraud, breach of ethics and malpractice. Do not use them.

So, I decided to visit an H&R Block and get some advice. I visited this location because it's near me and convenient. I have gone there twice and both times I was helped by a very friendly and courteous receptionist. I noticed while I was waiting that the place is well lighted, the seating is comfortable, there is a large TV with cable and coffee for guests in the waiting area. I was very impressed with the associate that spoke with me. Since I did not have an appointment and he had a customer come in that had an appointment I expected to be waiting while he serviced his customer. To my delight, the associate told his customer he'd be right with him and then asked me into his office for a quick consultation. He ask a few questions and gave me some good advice.
