They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. My oven began smoking after the cleaning, takes an extremely long time to preheat, and now there is a gas leak. It has become unsafe to use and is now completely broken. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take responsibility for the damage and poor service and make this situation right.

Too bad you didn't send the person who first cleaned the house. Almost like a "Bait & Switch ". This is the real world, where every penny must count for GOOD SERVICES. I'm very sorry, you remember she attempted to clean my home two times. When I told you I wasn't happy with her the first time, but I too was giving her a second chance, you made no offer to forgive that experience at all. I attempted to pay you, but answered while out of town. I returned your two calls shortly and payed for her first experience at my home . Please consider the CUSTOMER. You were pleasant to talk to, but that kind of service just doesn't hack it, especially with SENIORS. I
