She was here until about 2:45 when she ubrutly left and said "well that's all there is plus im out of supplies". She never attempted to collect payment or ask if I was okay with the status of the house. While she was here she took multiple phone calls while working to discuss her legal issues and how to get her car out of impound. She cleaned my floors by using a swiffer wetjet - that was in the closet with the vacuum. If im paying for a professional cleaning service, you should not be utilizing a swiffer to clean my floors. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there. I hired Cleans Spaces to clean a house on 08/10/2018. Prior to meeting on the the 10th I had…read morediscussed all of the details through a couple of phone conversations and back and forth texting and was good with all. I had mentioned to the owner Esther that I had to work that day and would not be present for the cleaning, and would come back on my lunch hour at 12:15 to do a final inspection and payment, she was good with that. The morning of the cleaning she arrived at my house at 7:15 to go over the final details, that is when I should have recognized something was wrong, she told me that I said I would pay her up FRONT for her services, that was never discussed nor would I EVER do that as she was not a referral I got her name and number on line. Later that morning she had texted me, that the house was completed and could not wait for me to come on my lunch hour, as previously discussed and asked me what time I got off work, I said 5:00 she said she would be at my house between 5:15 and 5:30 once again OK. On my lunch hour I drove to the house to look at her work, and was COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED my kitchen floor was still dirty/ the bathroom had MOLD still on the walls, I had asked her in the morning if she would clean the landing area and steps leading to the basement, and mop the basement as some sewage had come up do to the recent rains, she said for an additional 25 dollars I said OK, the landing and steps were not done, as the basement was drying, the SEWAGE was still there. The story gets even better. After I returned to my office after lunch at approximately 1:00 I texted her with my concerns and received no return text. I left work at 5:00 and headed to the house discuss my concerns and of course payment, I was about a half a mile from the house and the phone rang at 5:20 it was Esther, she said she was in front of my house and starting YELLING at me on the phone, that I have no respect for her time, yet she said in her last text she would be there between 5:15 and 5:30 it was 5:20. As arrived at the house and got out my car, she was with her husband and she began once again YELLING at me on my front lawn about respecting her time and requesting her payment, before my concerns were even addressed, she continued YELLING at me about her time and payment, and denying that we never talked about the services in questions. She made me fell completely INTIMIDATED and DISRESPECTED. This business owner is completely RUDE has a lack of CHARACTER and INTEGRITY and should never be TRUSTED please do not EVER USE her SERVICES. The system with yelp would not let me give her any stars that is the reason for the one star.
