I relocated from one division to another with my company and 2 of my paychecks were not direct deposited .. in deep grief over my husbands death having difficulty dealing with all the responsibilities which they were very aware of because they had to change our insurance etc they were as cold and not sympathetic at all the entire office are not very welcoming..well one payment didn't go through.they said they sent a letter --never received it..they never called to let me know they just cancelled my policy and in turn my license was suspended... unbelievable!!!! After 20 years never missing a payment ... you think I would receive a call asking if i was having difficulties or was this just a bank mistake.. i had overdraft protection but for some reason it didn't protect me...they won't reinstate any insurance for me now and i pay twice as much with another company and it won't go off my record for 5 years!!! Thank you very much.. the DMV associates were very sympathetic and helped me a lot more than our agent. This was my horrific experience... buyer be ware....

And today when an auto glass company completely botched a rock chip repair to the windscreen of my brand new BMW, she had another company calling to set an appointment less than 5 minutes of getting off the phone with her. I never leave reviews online, but I'm posting this everywhere on the internet. Whether it's a beat up 1995 Pontiac or a 2017 BMW, Lara has always gone above and beyond for me and I would just like to acknowledge that since it's so rare these days. Because I could not get their app to work and did not see an email that was sent, only called after I received a notice in the mail that they wanted an extra $148 because I didn't use the app for two months which they gave me a day to pay. I received the letter a day after they wanted payment so they decided to cancel me. This was after I had called and spoke to a representative and finally got the work to app and had a perfect driving score in the app. They wouldn't accept payment of the $148 or even give me a good explanation as to why I'm being charged monthly for not using their driving app. They simply just said they canceled my insurance. Now I will be forever grateful for their stupidity. I called a State Farm agent. State Farm offered a better coverage policy saving me $1100 a year and does not charge extra if you want to pay it on a credit card or pay it monthly or receive paper statements no added fees. If you use this company for car insurance call State Farm.

He asked about my place of employment (because of stalker caller ID) and then proceeded to try to waste my time talking about insurance. 1. I've ignored hundreds of your junk mailers, what makes you think I'd be receptive to this? 2. You've never called before, why now? 3. I've had insurance though you before until you couldn't offer me competative rates. So, look that up. "Did you know that as a AAA member..." well, yes, Mike I did. It was set to auto pay on December 22. I spoke to someone at the office and she said that she canceled that Auto Pay. She said " just don't pay and the policy will cancel " They withdrew the funds anyway and now I will have to waste more time on the phone trying to get this money back. This agency is Southern Insurance, but they were bought out by this Patriot Growth Insurance. I will be switching my homeowners policy to another agency. This really screwed up my bank account because I was not expecting that large amount to come out of my account. I have been trying to call, but now there is no answer.
