The only reason Health Insurance companies in the USA makes the Individual Payer go thru the Hoops of Medical Needs is to Save Money! Ask reputable doctors whom procedures ate turned down or even prolonged know all to well those companies that don't care about members they insure.
Should We Let The Pharmaceutical Industry Dictate What Medicines We Receive?
So you go to a referred medical specialist and they have determined that you need a medication to get better. However, the medication submitted in your behalf was denied by the Pharmaceutical carrier because there is No Generic Equivalent!
That medical specialist appeals and once again it is denied. Sounds familiar. This is Bad Faith. Maybe even indulging on Breach of Agreement. This is trickled down medical distribution. Obamacare at its best!
By the way, what qualifications does the Cigna Authorization Coordinator or Pharmaceutical Provider have in Medical Necessity above what the Doctors' Recommends? There is only one answer; Financial Control. And those premiums you pay monthly, well that doesn't matter until you are late.
Well Americans Wise Up! Did you know that the Terrorists we house in Cuba Q Bay receive their Pharmaceutical needs at our expense.
Cigna Representatives when inquired whom controls the acceptance ir denial of prescription drug, they state it is an agreement between the Employer and their Pharmaceutical partner! When you request the same inquiry of questioning of the Pharmaceutical provider, they say it is Cigna's Responsibility.
How about this, when your attending physician requests and you tell them it is Cigna, they respond with " Cigna...Well that explains it"!

*Connecticut Fed Court 2017- Fraudulent activity regarding increased cost for medical supplies to home healthcare clients.
*Washington State 2016- Class action suit forcing clients to pay inflated co-insurance payments for medical necessary devices and pharmaceutical prescribed drugs( check www.topclassa tionsuits.com)..
* NY Times reported Cigna referring clients to apply for SSD avoiding Ciiignia's responsibility to Bad Faith.
* Cigna Whistleblower regarding Cigna's colluding to rig higher premiums.
*Cigna -2014 Consumer Watchdog lawsuits regarding fraud Violations for Business Practices, Consumer Breach Contracts, Coverage Misrepresentation, Bad Faith, Deceitful Practise.
Coaches are accountable to each and every athlete. We try to strive Beyond Reproach. We have to oversee all aspects of Athletic Care. Yet the very industry that oversees our medical necessities is Playing God & Dictator!
I would suggest find out who you are dealing with before you sign a contract and get your political representative to Step Up to the Plate.
