I called for a few questions…read moreabout Geico policies, got Roman who said I had to do another entire quote which I had already done, he was only interested in getting the quote purchased thru this agency, not helping me AT ALL. He thought he could sell me a bridge in a desert, giant ego, rude, condescending and actually lied about Fl required coverages to get me to buy more coverage I did not need. When I said he was wrong, he said well at this office we start policies with higher coverages then you can change it back after you pay. ?? No, not ok. Unscrupulous much? The call took an hour of him talking about nothing, digging into my personal business, wasting my time and then when I even mention his attitude of upselling and not doing anything "in my best interest" as he used that phrase for 30 minutes, I said please stop saying that,can you finish this quote so then you could possibly answer MY questions ? He immediately gives me a higher quote than online and asked for a credit card. I said are you serious? he says well we just don't get along , someone else will call you, I said No! No don't contact me, ever. Never... Roman is the very reason I last minute decided DO NOT buy this at all. I paid more for a different company, who were kind and reputable, never trying to pad a policy, so if this is any indication of Geico agents and their "service".... I would stay away, don't call for this scripted upsell. (attempted) Please read all reviews and protect yourselves.

Just like car salesman, willing to tell you want you want to hear when signing up but buyers remorse sets in when you try and get someone on the phone for help after the sale. If you have other options I would check them first before giving this little lizard any money. Costly mistake on my part, now I will go back to a broker. At least you have someone to go to bat for you when problems arise.

If could give no stars I would but Yelp won't let me Just moved from NJ to Florida been a long time customer in NJ No Accidents, No DUI's No points No claims !!! Very Clean Driving Record!!! So in NJ was paying $243.00 a month Came to Florida called Geico had just paid on 2/18/21 $ 436.02 that was due on 3/1/21 to get the bill out of the way So while on the phone with the agent said, just moved to Florida have an appointment for new plates registration and license on 2/22/21. So going to need new insurance cards to reflect the Florida address And what's the new price I am quoted $928.00 per month I'm like are you kidding? NJ is the highest in the country for Auto Insurance and I have a clean license and no accidents So called State Farm got a quote for $220.00 a month Took it!!! And it's for better coverage So call Geico told have to cancel bc of the outrageous price So the Agent Mike says that's doesn't sound right He gets an Florida agent they do the numbers and they were correct so we canceled I asked about my refund I had some money due from February and being paid Geico early I have a good amount of refund so he calculated told me my refund would be $244.86 said that's all? Asked ok, when will I see that in my bank account he said 3/5 business days So I said by 2/26 would be the latest He says Yes!!! So this morning I called Geico being in day 4 of the 3/5 days to see about my refund I speak with someone named Shaniqua explained the situation She says oh your refund I see $1.16 has been processed should be receiving it in 10 business days I'm WHAT!!! No That is wrong the amount, the date Ask to speak to supervisor given ( Robyn ) I'm now told my refund is going to be $243.26 and I will Have the remaining bulk of it week of March 8. So I said wait why is this taking so long they gave me this big story about a mistake made that I'm going to get to $1.16 on March 1st and the balance Week of 3/8 I said why am I being penalized for your mistake well that's just the way it is and this is the customer service that Geico gives they very easily quick to take it out of my account but refunds are another story. I am so disheartened by Geico I never want to use them again truthfully I think the amounts that they're offering are off but I don't know I just can't deal with it I just want my money back I wanna go be with State FarmWho gave me this wonderful price and the heck with Geico I just want my money back I'm going to try back at 10:30 when the shifts of the supervisors change and I don't want Robyn back Because while I was on the phone with her not only was she rude but she acted like I was interrupting her instead of giving me quality customer service I mean I don't know what happened to them they used to be really good at least they were up north in NJ down here in Florida they suck

I went to 4 different auto body shops in the…read moreAltamonte area and Gerber Collision & Glass were the only ones I felt comfortable trusting. They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest. I would highly recommend coming in to see Matt at Gerber Collision & Glass if you need a quote and any repairs done.

Now it's February…read more2025 and Imagine a young, reckless driver hits you directly on your side and completely ruins your- Left front fender, left tire, ENTIRE front driver door, back passenger door, back bumper... all while causing your steering wheel sensor and suspension lights to turn on....with not even 2,000 of your own miles on it. That was our unfortunate situation. We are blessed because we suffered no major physical injuries AND BETHANY FROM GERBER COLLISION performed a repair on our vehicle that only a HIGHLY SPECIALIZED, SKILLED, DETAILED, EXCELLENT auto collision tech could do. There was $6,000 worth of damages and I can honestly say my CAR LOOKS and feels BRAND NEW AGAIN. The paint job is IMPECCABLE. The repairs are spotless, it's a true car repair miracle. guiding me through EVERY step of the process. Telling me EXACTLY what and how they were going to repair or completely replace parts. Calling me weekly to assure me of their progress and updates. MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF PARTS LABOR AND SERVICES WHILE DEALING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND COVERAGE. These are all things I did not ask for but was blessed as the gerber standard of operations. It's something I wish TO NEVER GO THROUGH AGAIN - but thank the lord, I found gerber and BETHANY.

I wanted to have it fixed as soon as possible so that I would be able to attend a wedding out of town next weekend. Geico rep recommended me this super center vice a Lexus dealership, which would take longer. When I arrived, Josh greeted me and guided me where to park my SUV. Christopher, the adjustor, came in less than 3 minutes. He had my paperwork ready. Two men of Enterprise had my rental SUB ready. I received a folder in which there were 3 contacts - Christopher, Kristie, and the Enterprise rep. It took me 15 minutes. Later that morning, I got a call from Christopher, who explained what to be fixed. Then, as I chose, Rebecca texted me with the repairing progress. 2 days later, Rebecca informed me that my SUV was ready. After another 15-minute visit, I drove my SUV home happily. Only time will tell whether the fix is perfect, but I am very pleased with the services. Professional. Sufficient. With great communications. Job well done by the Super Center. Geico and Enterprise, 3 in 1.
