This review is based on services I received in February/March 2022. I had a large tree limb fall and do damage to the back window and rear panels of my BMW. This was during the height of the supply chain issues so I knew there was going to be a wait before the required parts would be available. As soon as the parts arrived, I dropped my vehicle off, picked-up my rental car, and within a few weeks my vehicle was repaired...good as new. While I admit that the paint matching portion of the repair was done very nicely there are issues with the clear showing messed up in some spots. When picking up the vehicle I was informed hand wash no Bristle's and that is what I have followed. These spots are appearing on the replaced trunk. The vehicle in question is a 2018 bmw M3 that had its rear bumper and rear trunk replaced. The communication from the shop was ok with a few hiccups here and there. I would also recommend anyone who brings their vehicle here that may have aftermarket or oem parts that are un damaged to have them professionally removed prior to bringing in your vehicle as they will damage the pieces while they are still on the vehicle to get the insurance to replace said part. When dropping off my vehicle The spoiler was not damaged. It was damaged while still attached to the trunk which was attached to the vehicle and then replaced by the insurance claim. I was also told I should be happy because "more expensive parts" were on my vehicle now. I understand that the everything replaced was replaced with OeM pieces however, the dishonesty and lack of acknowledgment for damaging a part just to replace it is concerning. The rear view camera was also not put back properly & was pushed in when trying to dry the car by hand. I would urge any other bmw or M car owners to go with their own insurance recommendations instead of this place as the headache was not worth it & had I gone with GEICO I would be able to argue for satisfaction. read more

I would not recommend Fields Collision to anyone. I was t boned and had a window smashed, I have taken my car in 4-5 times after I had picked it up and it is still not fixed properly. They will not give you any updates unless you relentlessly email them. Their labor rate is higher than anywhere else in the area and their work is awful. When I first had picked up the car there was shattered glass left everywhere in the car. Similar to most collision centers they take a long time. I just got my car back after almost 3 months for a fender bender. Not only did they charge more than double the recommended shop charged, when I got my car back, someone had STOLEN the badges off the trunk. They are snakes and thieves. Avoid at all costs. I had an incident with a piece of lumber in the road that was not visible. I brought my 2022 Corvette to Josh at Fields Collision Center. They were able to get me in within 1 week to start the repairs and deal with State Farm Insurance. The damage appeared to be mostly cosmetic but was more extensive then it appeared to be from the outside. They handled all of the contact work that involved State Farm to get the issues covered for me and made the process very painless. They removed all the parts that needed repair from the car and repaired and painted off the car assuring that there would be no overspray or evidence of repairs. The color of the car is Red Mist 3 stage tint coat and is extremely difficult to match . Tony (painter) worked with the paint color and levels of tint coat until it was spot on . My car was kept under a car cover at all times and came back to me looking better than it did when I purchased it. I have other means of transportation so there was no need to hurry up the repair and it was well worth the time spent. I have been in the automotive business for 50+ years and could take my car to any one of several places for repairs but I know what it takes to be certified for Roll Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz and BMW so I did not hesitate having them do the repairs. All repairs were done the way they should be done and there were no corners cut at all. I highly recommend using Fields Collision Center if you want a proper repair done the right way. Jeff is my service writer and he and Josh worked together to assure that my damage was repaired the correct way and my insurance covered all needs. Horrible customer service, quality control didn't catch the big black and blue BMW emblem that was missing off the hood of my white car. They will find ways to drag out getting your car to you if you aren't happy about them NOT ordering a part that you told them about when you dropped the car off initially. They seem to not get faxes about vehicles being ready to be picked up from the dealership also. Ashley and Kris give ZERO "EFFS" About someone being unhappy with their experience there. My only wish was that I had seen some of the posts here before I took my X5 to them. it's the front bumper need be fixed. I've dropped off my car to them on Feb 1st Monday, the service advise was cheerful and told me we'll have them ready for you by Friday. I believed in her, after all I told myself it just need to replace the bumper. Today is March 9, more than a month later, they still don't have a time for me to pick up. The worse part is they don't tell you the true why it was delay - now they said it was because they don't have the parts. but at beginning, they told me it was State Farm was very slow on processing the claim, but I had told them to go ahead fix it, I would pay upfront, and get the state farm reimburse later. then they said oh, supplemental claim is needed because they found out more behind bumper and waiting on State Farm's approval, despite that I had informed them I was willing to pay upfront. so I contacted State Farm, pushing for update, when I received payment confirmation from State Farm, I called the Collision center, asking when I can expect to get my car back, now they told me there was delay on the parts, they would call me back. on the third week, no one call back. talked to the manager, no call back from him either. I called on fifth week, asking just want my car back finally said, they would get it done yesterday (Monday 3/8/21) I called this morning, "oh we are washing up your car but we can't tell you when you can have it back, we'll give you a call" I explain that I need to get a time so I can arrange for a ride. "nope we can't tell when it's ready, at lease a couple of hours" "so I can pick up by noon?" that's three hours from the time I call. I am still waiting. the points are: 1. don't tell your customer it'll be ready when you cannot delivery. 2. don't take customer's car apart when you don't have parts to fix it. I can at least have a car to drive with a not so pretty bumper 3. don't lie to your customer when is your fault but blame on the insurance, wasting your customer's time to pushing the insurance. 4. call your customer back when you said you would do so. Like many others I love BMW this is the fourth. but when you only have one dealer in town, and they treat their customer this way, we may have to go else where like nearby dealer. So from Feb 1st to today, I still dont have my car back after I dropped of to them just for a bumper replace. total one month, nine days and counting...... read more

As others, I am annoyed that I can not give zero stars. They are going on to the third month of having my X5. The first update I received was from my own insurance company. He warned me that he was told it would be 6-12 months for the repair. After speaking with them directly I started getting different updates, all of witch were fiction. Everything from, its being buffed and waxed right now, to "we ordered the wrong part". I decided to go to them myself to check on my car. They brought me out to the "yard" to show me my car looking destroyed. It was covered in leaves and dirt, and part of my interior was exposed to the elements due to parts they had since removed. This is absolutely unacceptable, but they have more of an attitude with the customer that we should ourselves. I am baffled by this whole ordeal. To make it worse, I only purchased the car from Fields 6 months ago and the damage to the car is due to the safety features failing. read more

Horrible service. 5 day repair took 20 days. Told me car was ready and let me stand there for an hour and a half and then showed me my car and it wasn't near ready. Had new damage and when I went to pick it up next day still had large paint run on it. They wound up hand delivering to me but the damage was done already. I love field BMW and have had 5 cars from them but thinking that the collision center would be a good idea was not. I almost don't believe it's owned by Fields. And they charge extra for the labor charge than everyone else and tell you up front but they don't deserve more, they deserve less. Take my advice and don't be fooled by the Fields name. read more

I've used Collision Center of Orlando twice already. The first BMW that I got serviced in here was a mojave color which is a very uncommon color for a bimmer. I needed a new bumper for that car. To my surprise, I was impressed with the paint job and the work they have provided. Last February, my white BMW got rear ended so I went to the collision center to fix it and as usual they did an excellent job! The car was finished before I expected it to be done. They called a rental for me and enterprise comes and picks me up and the same thing when returning, you can just leave the rental car in there and they call enterprise for you to pick up the rental car. Then recently I complained something about my car and the mechanic came to me to fix it and I didn't even have to drive there. The mechanic did the work in the parking lot of a shopping center where I left my car for him to examine. I described where exactly I was parked and I left and went about my day, He then called me that my car was done and even offered a ride. If one of my cars needs collision work, there is no other place I would take my luxury cars to be serviced. The staff there are nice people, you just need to communicate well so they can determine your needs. read more

I agree with the first review, big time specially about the mother and dauhter, Kris and Ashley and I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR OR NEGATIVE. I had BMW M4 2015 repaired by them, they had my car for almost 6 MONTHS and through it all they were very rude consistently when I follow up with the status of my car. Then when I finally got it back the interior where dirty and added more damages to the parts that was not damaged before. I had an accident that cause the rear suspension damaged. They stacked up my insurance claim up to $21k but when I asked for second opinion it was very BS repairs but I have no choice but to let them finish the job. I had to go back again 2x for additional repairs and of course they give the car back to me dirty again and did not finish the repairs, I have extra screws and parts laying around the car, that they did not reassemble properly. This repair shop is the WORST EVER, it was so very frustrating experience part of my life. Since I end up getting rid of my dream car, I'm trying consistently too let people know how really BAD is that repair shop and few people too, had the same situation and responces. TOLD THE BMW DEALERSHIP too not to send any of their customers. read more
