Estimate provided over the phone did not include the trip fee (fuel and waste) of $30 nor was stain guard offered and priced at that time, though I did opt for that when Jorge presented it and quoted the price ($20/area). Jorge was able to treat all the old stains, and they all seem to be gone now that the carpet is dry. Excellent results and would use them again.
