Again the job was completed quickly and professionally. Since we have 200 year old house, none of the floors or walls are square or flat. Very Disappointing Customer Service…read more Diversified Flooring installed our floor a few years ago, and unfortunately, our experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. About two years ago, a piece of our flooring broke. Since then, my husband and I have tried to contact Sean at least 20 times to arrange a repair. We were never expecting the repair to be free and were more than willing to pay for the work. We simply wanted a response and a plan to get the issue resolved. At times, Sean would respond, but there was never any consistent follow-through or a plan to fix the problem. After two years of trying to get this resolved, we finally found the replacement piece ourselves through a local flooring distributor. It is incredibly frustrating to have to chase a company repeatedly for two years over an issue that we were willing to pay to have fixed. The lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Diversified Flooring. Good customer service should not end once the installation is complete.

Now after all that, the coward has blocked me from contacting him. I'm preparing to take him to court since he won't return my deposit or start the work I've paid for. In November of 2021 I gave him a deposit for replacing roofs of my house and garage. At the time he said the roofs would be done within the week. Since then I have been told over 20 times the roofs would be done. I'm not exaggerating. Over 20 times. Yet he has never shown up when he says he will. Sometimes his lies are found out within the day, which would make them funny if my roof wasn't leaking. For instance, he told me today at 8:30 he would be here this afternoon to drop off some stuff. He never made it. Which is not surprising because he has done this over 20 times. Always giving me his word and promising to get it done. His word is absolutely meaningless at this point. If you decide to do business with Roof Chasers, be prepared to be lied to and stolen from all the while being made to feel like you're the least important priority imaginable. I give Roof Chasers Zero stars.
