Legalzoom files for your LLC for you, only to never tell you about the supporting certificates and documents they get from the state immediately.. Business Licenses said they would have my state registration by 9/3/19 and that was 3 weeks ago, today is the 9th and I still have nothing.. So, in short I filed for a new LLC today myself, only to find out these scammers got all the documents I needed immediately from the state online.. Don't ever use them, you would think they would be serious business people about helping people start their businesses, instead I'm just realizing how they screwed away my entire summers profit because I'm opening a ice cream shop.. Terrible companies and they are both affiliates of each other..
