They built our website in 2020 and did an adequate job. This year, our website became riddled with…read moreinfections. We hired them to clear up the infections. Every time they promised a deadline, nothing happened. I'd follow up, I'd follow up again. Excuses. At first it was going to be 2 days, after all the extensions it became one month. And then only because I kept asking, every couple days. More excuses. They took down big parts of our website because it was "easier" to delete it than clean it. They insulted my boss's wife, repeatedly. Finally was told they were done and was hit with a 12 hour bill for what should have taken 2 hours, but was promised all viruses/infections were cleared. Just to be sure, had BlueHost check it before paying and was told there were still THIRTY infections. That on top of all the delays, the insults, and the deletion of huge chunks of the website for their convenience. Tom used to be great but now he is fully focused on his newspaper and music festivals. Which is fine for him, but do NOT hire him for anything web-related!
