We were scheduled again and was canceled because " a worker had other plans". I. had to repeatedly contact him to get it rescheduled. He finally told me he was going on vacation and could not get it done. When I asked him about meeting the insurance companies time line he sent a text that said "I can't guarantee anything at this point over a week away. I will call you when I get back, and if you still need it done, I'll be more than happy to take care of you." I ended up signing with another tree company who completed the job in 5 days. My husband called them the day we bought the coupon expecting that we'd probably have someone come by within a few weeks, but by the end of the evening, we had a written estimate for everything we wanted done and the price was incredibly reasonable. For our $400 coupon and an additional $500, they trimmed several trees that were near lines going into the house or were touching or almost touching the house and hauled off the branches, hauled off a bunch of other branches that were piled up on our property, cut down a very big mature tree that was dying and hauled it off. Additionally, they have agreed to grind out multiple stumps, although that will be done at a later date. But aside from the stump grinding, all of the work was done within 24 hours of us contacting them. From start to nearly finished, they have been professional, expedient and have done quality work.
