She also stated she never took my credit card information. All false. The owner of the company is clueless and when asked about my credit card information continued to make up lies and then hang up the phone on me. We accepted the bid then he explained his crew was going to be in our area so he suggested that we pay by credit card (we do not use Venmo) we did and paid the quoted amount (included tax), tip and credit card processing fee. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn.
