Everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient with me in explaining benefits and how much I would be paying per visit. While I was there, I noticed the front office employees dealing with clients in the exact same professional yet polite manner. Dr. Felix Guerra knew exactly how to start strengthening the muscles that surround my lower back to ease some of the pain. I've been doing a turnaround at the first opportunity into an area that looks like it's an apartment complex . I don't have photos for this review, but the photos that are already up for this location are very good. The physical therapy office is on the second floor of the building. When you arrive to the building, be sure not to enter though the emergency room entrance. We've never had trouble with parking, which is good, and there seems to be plenty of it. I've been going here to take my mom for her physical therapy, and we've both really enjoyed the facility and the therapist. The front office staff is always very organized and friendly. The physical therapy space is small but has lots of useful equipment. They have lockers where you can place your belongings while you are doing therapy.

One thing that impresses me most is their professional approach. They respect your time. Each staff member consistently monitors the clients performance. You do not have downtime waiting while the staff chats among themselves. They do not look at a computer screen while you wait to find out what you should do next. Not sure if you are doing an exercise correctly it's not long before a staff member answers the question you didn't know you had. The staff is extremely well trained and each staff member provides a consistent set of instructions and feedback. Everyone is super friendly which makes for a relaxing environment. Lacy in the office is like the mother of everyone. She cheerfully greets clients by name and makes sure future appointments are scheduled to suit the clients needs. She is the perfect person for the job.
