I went there for several months. I was then informed that they were not going to take my insurance anymore, so I told my physical therapist that I would let my pain management doctor know that Cibolo Creek wasn't going to be taking any military insurance so he wouldn't send them there. Tonight at around 8 I get a call from the owner and he started yelling at me. I told him I could not afford to go there without the insurance as we are living off of my husbands disability, and he had the gall to tell me that "Maybe your husband shouldn't have served". He said if those in the military can't afford to come to him then they can go somewhere else, and that the military insurance doesn't pay him enough. read more

This clinic is fabulous! PT can be monotonous, but not here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.I love the way everyone chimes in and says "Hi" and "Bye". My therapist Chris is a wonderful guy, very professional, and personable. PT can be a necessary evil, but this place is great...and fun! Neighbors, I wanted to share my experience with Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, they have several locations, and I attend their newest one in Spring Branch. Vets, old folks like me, young'uns, and handicapped, this is your professional, friendly, and HANDS-ON therapy like no other. I have had a few surgeries in the last year & a half and if you make the effort & use the equipment they extend to you, your physical and mental condition will improve. I am in my 50s and a 22-year retired active-duty disabled vet and their therapy contribution has placed me in the best physical condition I have been in since my 20's. I have observed the staff work with kids, handicapped children, high school athletes, older folks, no smiling folks that later turn into the most jovial after a few visits - the best way I can describe it is their business model is old-school (keep it simple) which is missing in today's fast pace working environment i.e. customer first, friendly, administratively astute (e.g. VA, Medicare, general insurance), experienced staff with credentials, and if you have physical limitations they have a tool kit of options that can work around anyone's physical limitations. I had an appointment with PT Jose. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did dry needling and relieved my pain. I give it a 4 star only because the front desk lady doesn't seem very customer service friendly. She didn't even smile, which is awkward when greeting a first time customer. But I would still recommend this place because Jose was awesome! read more

Dr. Jeff and his team of PTs, PTAs and admin staff make it a pleasure to go to physical therapy each time. Jennifer at the front desk always welcome you with a smile and can answer questions you may have about your appointments and insurance aspects. The PTAs are professional, friendly and right on target with the augmented care prescribed by PT. Each one has always made me feel welcomed and guided me when needed. Dr. Zach has been a Godsend. He has helped with my pain through multiple techniques that have made a huge difference in my quality of life. He's professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, witty, and makes me feel comfortable every time. Any question I've ever had he's answered with vast knowledge and even showing me how and why. honestly the best place I've ever been to. Kelly and Jeff are the owners and they both are such easy people to like! Kelly is the greatest, I appreciate her generosity and friendship ( I'm calling it that) and Jeff can treat anything! he is so talented and schooled in so many different methods. Once he puts his hands on you he can treat you and you feel better . they have a pool, and new machines. One of the newest I've seen is a traction table, feels amaaazing and spine is released with no pain! anyway I'm so happy theyre there I go 3 times a week. they also have a wellness membership available so after treatment you can continue using machines with a small monthly fee! theres Charlie and Jose that are PTs also, trust me you'll feel better read more

Jeff has been instrumental in my recovery, and he's great to work with. Don't be fooled by his gentile manner and friendly approach - he's gonna make you work for it! He does great work, but your recovery belongs to you. Kelly has helped me with complex insurance claims and referral hassles, and made sure that my care was scheduled. These folks are totally Team Terrific!! I love to support locally owned (especially family owned and operated) small businesses in my community. I am beyond pleased with my physical therapist Dr. Zach James. Zach is a very knowledgeable and talented DPT. He is a personable professional; he is always prepared and he explains everything so well. I definitely feel blessed to be receiving the best therapy and care. Nice staff but make sure you understand the procedures they plan on doing and how it will be done. Signed up for dry needling which was done in an open area and they had to expose some area of my body to do the procedure, that I was not comfortable with being done in the open treatment area not to mention another customer coming over and having a conversation with the therapist while I was being treated. I left in pain, embarrassed, and decided not to return. read more

They worked me into the schedule when I didn't have an appointment. In fact, they stayed after closing to make sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Borcik was helpful and patient with me. They make me feel like I'm important to them and always give excellent care. Most importantly I feel my back pain improves every time I visit. Both my husband and myself have knee injuries. My husband recently had an operation of removing his meniscus. I have injured meniscus and I have A LOT OF other problems with my knee from the times when I did gymnastics professionally. We were sent to do physical therapy in different facilities. After checking the prices in 3 clinics Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy had the cheapest rates. We decided to give it a try and we ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE!!! They all work as a team and truly care about their clients. They do explain why you need this or that particular exercise and answer all the questions! My husband was not able to bend his knee before he went there, after finishing his therapy he could run, jump and do all exercises. They have taught me all the exercises I need to do to avoid doing operation in future which I will continue to do on my own. Also the pain level in my knee went down to 0 and now I know which exercises aggravate my knee and I will stay away from those. Jeff is very knowledgeable and I saw him working with people with different injuries: hips, backs, arms, toes, shoulders, head etc. They treat everyone with care and compassion. I hope I will never have to go back to physical therapy, but if I do - I will definitely return to them! Thank you everyone in the team for your great work!!!! read more
