At my initial appointment, I was given a thorough explanation of the Arrosti system, including how the Therapist would manipulate the injury and a detailed demonstration of the "at home" exercises, by the Trainer. The exercises I would follow were available on the Arrosti app and updated at each weeks session. The videos in the app and their methods of execution were clear, also provided in text and included a timer for each exercise. For me, with three office sessions (one per week) and my daily workouts at home, I was able to be discharged. My "at home" program includes continued access to the Arrosti app and recommended exercises targeting my recovery. I will monitor my progress and take the opportunity for reevaluation, if necessary.
