You know, a traditional chiropractor who physically manipulates the body by twisting and popping areas. Don't get me wrong. The traditional chiropractic doctors do work. But at this point in my life, I need a lighter touch. Dr. Alex and Dr. Haley utilize "Torque Release Technique (TRT)" and Webster Technique for pregnant women. I don't know anything about Webster adjusting. I haven't had a baby in 36 years. I go see Dr. Alex for the TRT adjustments and YES, they help my arthritic joints! Even those tiny joints in my spine.
