I don't appreciate the implication that I submitted my documents late when simple email records can verify I submitted ahead of their deadline. Just say you were busy this year, had to deal with some staff shortages, what I don't appreciate is trying to pass it back on to me.

I had them prepare my 2011 and 2012 quarterly income taxes and they misfiled both years, which eventually led to me owing the IRS over $16,000 in back taxes, interests and penalties. When confronting him with the IRS letters he simply said " sorry " and suggested I send a letter to the IRS and plead for reduced penalties.
