What a great outfit to work with! We were having trouble with our 8 year old French Door…read morerefrigerator. It was running too cold and freezing the food in the refrigerator section. So! I called them on a Tuesday afternoon. Niki answered and said that their tech Francisco could be out the following afternoon to diagnose the problem. He arrived slightly early which is good! He saw that it was a problem with the damper sticking open plus while was there, he adjusted our left hand door that wasn't closing correctly too. Which was great. So, Niki called on Friday to say our parts were in and Francisco could be out on Monday to replace the damper. So! Over the course of 6 days, Dependable Appliance took care of our refrigerator problems. Thanks Dependable!
