We had Professional Services install our new Water Furnace geothermal system as well as two Daikin 24k BTU mini splits (one in each garage). This was a huge project with a lot of moving parts. Justin and his team did an awesome job! The subcontractors for both the loop field and electrical work were both excellent at their respective tasks, and everyone came on time and completed their work on time. The work that was done was clean and neat, we can't say enough good things about Professional Services, and we would use them again in the future! Our technicians from PS were Max S and Robby L. Since our geothermal system was installed 3 weeks ago, it has used $5 in electricity. A huge difference from the $10-$13 a day that our 29 year old conventional A/C cost! read more

Mis-configured system on install, terrible support after install. Our new geothermal system replaced an existing end-of-life geothermal system. When the crew left, all 5 zone dampers were incorrectly configured, and they had to come back the next day. Seems like this should have been a basic thing to check before calling it done. Now, three weeks later, the new system either struggles to meet setpoints, or it overshoots setpoints, usually by about 2 degrees. This is either too chilly in some rooms, or too hot for sleeping in other rooms. Professional Services' response is to keep saying "wait for the algorithm to adjust"... with no real improvement ... seems like a never-ending process, with no transparency. Not to mention that I am the only one who is being proactive about communicating. If it was up to them, I feel like they would let the issue drop and I would never hear from them again. At one point early in the process we went 10 days with no follow-up from them. I don't like chasing contractors down to finish their job. Other issues: a brand-new damper that they installed has a loud creak when opening or closing, a water valve was left improperly installed (won't open all the way), and now I am seeing liquid leak from the geo loop connectors. They are aware of these issues but have done nothing to fix them. It seems like our expensive investment was treated as a rush job. Get in, get, out, and never come back. Not sure how these folks have so many 5-star reviews, but our experience has been just the opposite. read more

I have used Professional Services many times. They have always done me right. Repairs, AC installation and furnace installations. The techs always are great. I purchased a service package as I thought it would be a great idea to maintain my new furnace and ac unit. The tech came over and did a nice job. Fast forward 3 weeks. My furnace is out. Tech comes over and repairs the furnace in 20 minutes with a new updated rubber hose on the outside of the unit because moisture had built up. No charge for the part but $200 for after hours service call. This is some shady shit that the tech should have caught, since the tech who did the repair tells me they've been replacing the hoses because of moisture forming. I will think otherwise of calling for my next repair since I'm sure this hunk of crap will need repair again. The have been over many times in 2 years since the installation. I was done wrong this time. read more
