He not only left the trench unfinished but actually stole my back up battery! Then he cut off all communication with me when I inquired when he would be finishing the work and replacing the battery. I had to hire 2 additional plumbing companies to replace my battery and finish the trench. Even my new plumber commented that Nick was not well versed in this kind of work. This experience has been a total nightmare for myself and my family. People like Nick should not be allowed to have business licenses and enter people homes.
