On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did. Another local company got the business. If they can't complete something as simple as an estimate, I wouldn't trust to do the work.

Immediately, in a rude tone, the representative states, "It's still going to be a $175 service charge". Then he went on to say, "I'm not going to be driving all around for free." It was never implied or requested that they provide a service or commute for free. Why would you assume that by simply saying who referred your company that we were expecting anything short of the same quality service that you provided the person that referred you? We never expressed any issues with the service charge nor were we expecting a discount for saying someone referred your company to us. One would think that the person making the referral would benefit not the person being referred anyway!

We also wanted a camera inspection of our sewer main line to confirm the stuff we are using to keep the roots out is working. Nick gave a ballpark cost over the phone for the bore scope inspection and after seeing the shower gave us a quote on that. The prices were all fai and he replaced the galvanized stuff with brass which won't rust. The bore scope inspection confirmed no roots in the line and he called me downstairs so I could watch it. Further, it was spread by some type of heavy equipment, leaving ruts showing the tread marks. We have an acre of land. Had the septic person asked where we would like the clay, we would have directed him to an out of sight, far corner of the property. His response on the phone? "I am not a landscaper, I'm a septic guy." Hey, it doesn't take a landscaper to know that clay compacted by a back hoe on top of an existing lawn is a very bad idea. I certainly hope that the $4000 we paid resulted in what we needed for our septic system; it clearly resulted in what will likely be hundreds of dollars of lawn repair.
