We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! Over the past several years I've consistently worked with people and companies who severely lack attention to detail, fail to communicate properly and almost always fall short of expectations. My faith in company professionalism was tarnished - until now. We hired Red Rhino to detect a leak in our high end pool built by a luxury pool builder in the area. The leak was suspected due to the need for high chemical use and a more than double water bill. From the first phone call to the final follow-up call, Red Rhino far exceeded my expectations. Because of the complicated jet system in our spa, the leak took many visits to detect. Several hours were spent and several different men worked on it tirelessly, even into the evening hours regardless of the cold temperature. They always kept the screen door closed as I asked so our small dog wouldn't escape. Our dog loves to put the ball and in the pool and have humans fetch it out. Each man working on our spa would even get the ball for her! In a situation like this, with multiple different people I would absolutely have expected a break down in communication where someone would end up leaving the door open or not know where the person before them left off or something else to go wrong. Their communication and attention to detail is second to none. They have an app they use to track EVERY detail of each visit. One of them even showed me their side of the app where they can see notes left by each person. They continuously documented details such as "be sure to leave the screen door closed for the dog" and even mentioned her name and behavior. Each and every person who worked on this job was 1000% professional, very personable, incredibly kind, thoughtful and even apologetic for the length of time it was taking to locate the leaks. They took the time to show me the leaks when they found them and explained all the details. They also took clear, specific photos and underwater video of the leaks which can be seen at any time on the customer portal. They documented everything and we have access to all of it. Just when I thought they couldn't get any better, they discounted the cost of the repairs because of how long it took them to find the leaks in the first place. It's uncommon for them to take more than one, maybe two visits to locate a leak and since mine took many days, they didn't feel it was the right thing to do to charge us the full cost even when we expressed it wasn't their fault. If I could give Red Rhino 50 stars, I would. I hope we don't have any future leaks but if we do, we would hire them again without hesitation. I simply can't recommend them enough! Every company across any industry could and should learn from Red Rhino's integrity, professionalism and work ethic. They set the bar and every company should strive to meet that bar!

He used compressed air so he could be underwater for extended time, and he found the main leak was behind my spa light. Included in that fee I mentioned is a patch job. They could not guarantee it (sometimes they give a 90-day guarantee), but it's been a few weeks and still holding! I asked the technician his thoughts on the longevity, and he said he's seen/heard of some patch jobs holding up for years. Still, they also provided me with an estimate for a more in-depth / permanent fix in the final paperwork, which was also full of great detail. They also told me that they clear slow pool/spa drains! We had a recent pool renovation, and I think there's a bunch of debris down the drains/pipes, so I plan to have them back out soon for that. I see some people didn't have a great experience, but I'm happy to report that I did. I was literally adding at least an hour of water to the pool every 48 hours before this fix. They got me on the schedule quickly and were very detailed. I loved that and would recommend them for your pool leaks and clogs.

moved here 5 years ago...i thought we had a leak...did the bucket evaportion test..it was normal…read moreevaporation...good to go...bought a auto water refill device to keep the level at normal range...all was good for 4 years...recently i had to change the hose on the refill device..turned off the hose..next morning pool was down 5 inches!...the week before got a letter from hernando water company "you are using way more water than you neighbors"..sprinkler system overuse? nope...got a well...hmmmm...ok...must have a leak..read reviews..called leak wizard been around 60 yrs!...had a tech show up the next day..Austin, great guy completely explained the situation...did a sound test..then did an underwater dye test with a snuba compressor, mask and weight belt main drain...all good...pool light?...bingo! the dye was sucking thru that hole behind the light like a tornado..went back down sealed it up with 2 part epoxy... wham bam thank you ma'am! leak sealed.. problem solved in under 2 hours for a $329 fee...plus he gave me a bunch of tips for future pool resurfacing when we do a renovation someday. very happy with the results..fast service and i would highly recommend this company...yeah some reviews werent good...but sometimes you have to consider the source...2 sides to every story.. i usually go with a local company thats been around the LONGEST..because theres a reason for that.

Jose will front load the contract under the guise of being a small company and needing the money upfront. They will start your pool and never finish. Jose will tell you lie after lie to string you along. He doesn't even have his own license, he works under the license of a John Whyte or White (can't recall) Per contract he's done $20k of work but has $60k of our money. He's admitted he has a cash flow problem which means he took our money and didn't spend it on our pool build. Per contract we owe them $13.8K and he claims he can finish the pool for that amount but I have to buy the equipment myself and hire other people to finish the job. We were told our pool would take 6-9 months because of Covid and all of the supply chain issues. We were fine with this even though our last custom home build only took 9 months. We are now in month 15 with no end in site because Jose the owner is so dishonest and incompetent. He lies to us continuously. In fact as I type this out, they were supposedly finishing our pool project today. The amount of work left to do for that to be a reality is ridiculous. This is just another one of the MANY lies we've been told. When Jose finally sends someone to complete a small portion of one project, they show up late afternoon and spend about an hour or two doing one little thing so Jose can claim work is getting done. This is after you wait week after week with nothing getting done and no one showing up when promised. Once they finally complete a portion of a project, the work typically has to be redone because it's been done so poorly. The amount of rework that they have had to do on our project is too much to type out. I don't imagine he will stay in business because he's so dishonest & has no clue how operate his business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Update since my original review... the pool was finally finished. We have spent thousands to have the pavers redone.
