History
Established in 2020.
Professional Plastering Contractors (PPC) is a family-based construction company built from real hands-on experience. It all started with stucco and plaster work, learned through family and years in the field. The owner gained her knowledge from her father, who worked in the trades and pushed the importance of doing clean, quality work the right way.
With his encouragement, she took the next step and earned her contractor’s license, turning that experience into a fully licensed and insured business. PPC now handles stucco, lath, repairs, texture matching, and full exterior systems for residential and commercial properties.
As customers began asking for interior work, ProTile Sacramento was created to handle tile floors, showers, backsplashes, and remodels with the same attention to detail. Today, PPC and ProTile operate together as family-run businesses known for showing up on time, communicating clearly, and delivering solid results.
Meet the Business Owner: Alfredo Junior Mondragon M.
I’m the owner and licensed contractor of Professional Plastering Contractors and ProTile Sacramento. My background in construction comes from family. I learned the trades from my grandfather, and my mom pushed me to really lock in, get my license, and turn what I knew into a real business. Being around job sites growing up gave me hands-on experience early, especially with stucco and plaster.
Stucco became my main trade, and after years in the field learning systems the right way, I started PPC. As the work grew, clients started asking for interior finishes too, so I created ProTile Sacramento to handle tile floors, showers, backsplashes, and remodels with the same level of quality.
I stay hands-on, I show up, and I make sure the job is done right. I care about clean work, clear communication, and building long-term relationships. I take pride in my work and stand behind everything we install.
