Paid for materials and labor, and was told we couldn't get an updated quote with labor listed even though the initial had labor listed. Nothing but problems. First the date of when we needed it done was a week off even though we explicitly explained when we needed the work done. Then there were issues with the baseboards painting not being listed. Also some of the materials not being in on time. At the end of the day we spent a lot of money and there was a lot of delay and miscommunication. I've never had so many issues with flooring in the past... The installers contracted were awesome, though. They did a fantastic job!

They helped us choose grout color and took the time to match up our pre-purchased (from another store) detail glass tiles with our new shower floor tiles and shower wall tiles! They loaded it all up into our truck and when our work was almost complete we ended up needing additional wall tiles and less floor tiles. ZERO hassle. Questioning my cleaning techniques, I called and spoke to Corey. I was totally blown away when he said he would come by and see what could be done. After he cleaned the stain and offered suggestions for care, I decided I wanted to have some additional work done. Being during his busiest season, Corey and his son Corey Jr (CJ) did the job, while his other crews were working other jobs. Corey and CJ worked in 100 degree plus weather. Well I'm not gonna say much because I've already been called a liar and a thief by the female owner…read moreof this company. I'm just gonna post photos. The yellowing you see is how my entire countertop looks and the part I posted is underneath my dish drainer so no one can claim it's from heat. The countertop is actually separating from the sink because they did not seal it and the wood underneath is now swollen."Custom" means custom, I asked for the drop on my island to be 3 inches but they decided not to make it 3 inches because it wouldn't "match the rest of the countertops". Did I mention "custom"?? They also did not bother to measure to see how far down to put the stencil behind my stove so I actually had to buy a new oven so the stencil would show. The stencil was very very important to us. And they went ahead and cut out a hole for that outlet after I asked them not to. The wife of this business accused me of owing her an additional $500 even after her husband came out here and offered me $300 towards the cost of the purchase of my new oven so my stencil would show. My point is, the quality of work is extremely lacking and don't expect any customer service afterwards. The photos say it all. Now I wait for my phone to blow up!
