Paid for materials and labor, and was told we couldn't get an updated quote with labor listed even though the initial had labor listed. Nothing but problems. First the date of when we needed it done was a week off even though we explicitly explained when we needed the work done. Then there were issues with the baseboards painting not being listed. Also some of the materials not being in on time. At the end of the day we spent a lot of money and there was a lot of delay and miscommunication. I've never had so many issues with flooring in the past... The installers contracted were awesome, though. They did a fantastic job!

Our new counter tops and island were light Taj Mahal quartzsite stone and needed to be sealed. Jason thoroughly explained the Granite Shield process and products that they would use as well as the lifetime guarantee. We also had recently installed travertine stone floors in our entry and guest bathroom that also needed sealing. Jason offered a 10-year guaranteed sealing on these surfaces. Phillip came to our home to measure and give us an exact estimate on the work. We ended up scheduling Brauner's Granite Sealing to do the work on the counters, island, flooring and two glass panels in our master bathroom shower stall. When Phillip returned to do the work, he was prompt and explained each of the three different processes as he worked through our house. He did not rush the jobs and was very careful to keep surrounding areas clean and protected. As he finished, he demonstrated how water would bead up on each surface and not soak into the stone or grout. Phillip also explained the correct cleaning process for each surface and left a starter set of kit of cleaning solution and microfiber applicator sponge and buffing cloth. After Phillip left, we found that he forgot to leave the solution to clean the glass and a error in calculating our invoice. We called the office and Jason took care of the issue right away by mailing us the glass solution and a refund for the accounting error. With our experience, we found Brauner's Granite Sealing to be a very customer service oriented company who stands by what they say. We are very happy to give them a 5-Star review and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering sealing (or re-sealing) their granite or stone countertops and floors!
