Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. We had Jordan come out and spend 45 minutes reviewing the property, the process and how it is different from pressure washing. I had a number of questions and contacted the owner, Chris, who literally spent close to an hour on the phone with me describing the process and when my roof tiles would be walkable afterward. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had an emergency situation with leaking during the winter and had to have roof washing done back to back with skylight installation, so we were unable to use No Moss. Two workers, Elijah & Matthew, arrived on time, began by having me walk them around the perimeter of our home to locate down spouts and access to water hoses. They got right to work! They thoroughly cleaned the gutters and down spouts -- except one that that had become clogged by construction debris left on the roof years ago (by the original construction company). They explained clearly what they'd encountered and explained options. (They also showed me pieces of that debris that they had managed to clear from another downspout.) With my approval, they involved their boss, Matt. We made arrangements for him to come at 8:30 am the very next morning. He, too, quickly got to work removing, clearing, and reattaching the down spout and for a very low addtional cost.
