Tommy DeSantis 1 review…read more a week ago New This place is a house of horrors. My sister was there and was not taken care of - very few nurses and aides were good, most of the staff was not. The doctors at this place cannot be real doctors. I asked a question to the doctor and she said "who knows?" My sister had a rash under her breast and they treated it with cream or powder. It was cancer! And the hospital said she had this a long time. Also, she had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital. At hospital, she was checked for seizure medicine and there was no trace in her. She was supposed to be on it all the time. Also, she was in so much pain and screaming in pain and they did not try to help her with the pain. She was on Tylenol?! She was eventually placed in Comfort End of Life and she was still screaming in pain. This is what they call Comfort?! Also one of the staff that came in her room told the family your sister asked for ice-cream and she said I left to see other patients when I came back she passed. I should have gotten her ice-cream. Why would you tell us this?! So many times my sister did not have her own clothes and so many times I saw mice/rat feces on the floor and on my sister's shoes. This place should be shut down and some staff should be locked up.

I went for the plain films, and after about 7-10 days I called the office to speak with him regarding the findings on the x-rays and what comes next. I was told that I needed an in person visit to discuss, which is not normal procedure just to discuss results of tests that a Dr orders. I asked for him to call me. He tried to call me once, but missed me. He then kept texting me that he would call me shortly to discuss results and next step....No calls. After a period of time I texted him again, and he said he would call me in a few hours. That was 2 weeks ago and still no call. I can only assume either he is too busy to pay proper attention to his patients, or he forgot about me, or he is just ghosting me...I did my best to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this is at minimal rude and unprofessional behavior, and even unethical.

From my first visit to Professional Physical Therapy I was greeted by Amanda H. Dyba's warmth, care, and professionalism, and I knew immediately I was in the right place. Amanda customized a cast for my hand and delivered treatment with the softness and tenderness my injury required. Over the past five months her in-depth knowledge and expertise in hand therapy have guided my recovery in the right direction. She provided daily home exercises and sent clear, demonstrated routines online so she could monitor my compliance and progress. Amanda's hands-on skills -- gentle but firm mobilization and therapeutic massage -- directly reduced pain and improved function. She schedules appointments reliably and remains fully focused on my progress during every session. I've observed Amanda treating many other patients with different hand conditions, and she is excellent with each person. All occupational therapists are not the same -- Amanda is five stars all the way. On a Final note, Amanda's combination of clinical skill, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up transformed a difficult recovery into steady, measurable improvement. I recommend her without reservation.
