I went in to buy crickets for my tree frog,…read morelike I do every week and they didn't have any except for the small ones which are way too small for her but that really wasn't a problem. the young dark haired girl who helped me with the crickets was very nice and helpful, she even offered me a discount on the crickets I did buy. I made my way up to the register, nobody in line, it was just me. And the cashier saw me walk up to her register and pretty much ignored me for about 5 minutes. when she finally came to do her job, she started "price checking" an item for another customer that was behind me. So I pulled my stuff back and moved out of the way and said "oh I guess you're helping another customer first." and she gets an attitude and said "I was price checking something for her." and proceeded to slam my crickets down into the bag while she checked me out. so I paid and she slammed my receipt into my bag and threw the bag in my face. the level of immaturity, lack of professionalism and SHIT customer service is unbelievable and pretty sad. I shop at this location all the time, and this cashier always has a bad attitude and rude demeanor, but today was the worst. I don't see how she has kept her job, but she definitely should not be in any kind of customer service position at all. I'm a retail manager myself and if any of my employees acted the way this asshole did, they wouldn't have a job at my store any more. hopefully petsmart will choose to be proactive and solve this issue, but considering she still works there, I'm sure they'll probably ignore all the complaints and continue to let her treat customers like shit.

Cooper is now three years old (he's our big Labrador/Newfoundland mix, over 100 pounds!), and Sadie is 11 (our sweet American Pitbull and Siberian Husky mix). From the moment my husband and I arrived, Angel was prompt, kind, and ready to take great care of them. Even though it was busy, Angel greeted us right away as soon as we walked in the grooming door. She checked us in smoothly and handled Cooper and Sadie with so much patience and love. What really stood out to me is how calm Cooper has become thanks to consistent visits, Angel even mentioned how proud she was to see how well he's grown into the grooming routine. It means so much to us to know that our dogs feel comfortable and safe with her. Their coats came back shiny and beautiful (I always get the Furminator treatment!), and they looked so happy and well cared for when we picked them up. Angel truly goes above and beyond, not just for our dogs, but for everyone's. It shows in how my babies react when they see her, they know they're in good hands and their whole energy calms down. That says everything to me about the trust she builds. I'm so grateful for Angel and the love she puts into her work. She's a true gem, and my family appreciates her so much.
