Then again, that groomer was professional. Referencing challenges to a job does not serve as a disclaimer for any mistakes that are made. In fact, it does the opposite. One of the hardest days for us. We had to put our baby to sleep. They were SO amazing. They were…read moreencouraging and sensitive. We weren't rushed. They answered every question. We were given plenty of time before, during, and after. They had treats for us to give our baby one last spoiled moment. And we were given a side exit so we didn't leave and pass other people and their pets. In addition we were told they are here for us as much as they are for our babies. We use the SPCA for our well visits and shots so we had to find a vet for today. We left there knowing we will likely start bringing our other baby here for wellness going forward.
