The pedicure water wasn't quite warm enough even after requesting it be turned up, nor were they vigorous enough about scrubbing my heels but that is a personal preference. The salon was clean and my polish looks great. They took extra time on my hand and leg rubs which was nice. I didn't like how they were not more careful when filing down my nails. I had to pull away 3 times because she was going so fast. I understand they were busy, but that doesn't mean you rush up on the current client to the point you're burning up the fingers. This is the 3rd time I have been there, and they always do a great job. I like the French manicure, and need to have strong nails, not too long as I have 4 horses. The manicure lasted over a month. My nails were in rough shape the first time I came after helping my husband with the wood last August, and they were so professional. They wore mask and gloves. While I get a square or sqoval shape , other customers were getting almond or rounded shape and were delighted with their nails. I requested a snowflake and I loved the artistry done. They also are efficient which is great for me as a busy woman who does not like to dally, and prices are reasonable. I recommend them for Christmas read more

save your money and have a five year old do your nails. The staff was rude, I grow my nails and they filed most of them down to my fingertips. When I asked him not to file them so short he got an attitude. I walked I. the door and reiterated what I had said in my phone call for the appointment that I wanted my fingernails painted and a pedicure. I was told to pick my color of polish, which I did. I immediately notices a note by the register saying all tips in cash. I had 3 employees work on my fingernails because they were so disorganized. They barked orders to every customer and in the time I was there I did not see one happy person leave. one woman was overcharged for her choice of nail polish because it was gel color. I came here to treat my sister and while her nails came out beautiful my came out horribly. After telling them I wanted them shorter and SQUARE. I told them 3 times that I wanted them square and they still couldn't comprehend what square was. I told them before I left that I wanted them square they "squared" them a little bit and then I got overwhelmed and I left. I called the salon to tell them that I wasn't happy and that I wanted a refund and the guy got on the phone and was screaming at me with a salon full of customers and told me that I was "looking" for a free ride and that I needed to come in and have them fixed if I wanted anything done all while screaming at me. I came here for a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was good, but my nails came out horrible. The nail tech rushed through my manicure and by the next day one of my nails had lifted and come off. I went again for them to fix the nail that came off and the end result was even worse than not having a nail. The tech applied so much gel, she barely filed it, and it came out too thick, poorly shaped, and in less than two hours already lifting. Use to be my to go to Nail Salon for years!!! When I first started going there over 10 years ago the owners were amazing and did such a wonderful job with my nails. I highly recommended them . Since then they have had a change of hands . I gave them a chance and the more I kept going there the more I did not like their attitudes!!! They started being very rough and cut me a few times. They did not talk even when you tried to talk!!! Needless to say they lost my business after years of going there! I will not recommend them to anyone. I made a change almost a year ago and now go to Vermont Nails where you are treated with respect and a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. They do a superb job ! The technician was efficient enough and got the job done, but not friendly at all and almost acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there.After my nails were roughly filed down with a hand file she began to apply the gel polish, so I questioned her not cutting my cuticles or shaping my nails. She said it was extra...?!? A gel manicure with the "extra" service of cutting cuticles and shaping nails cost $33. If I could put 0 stars I so would. Went to this nail salon needing a fill, the workers there barely said two words to you, when I asked to have a light pink color the lady put on a neon pink and when I asked politely to have a different color as it was way to bright the over stepped in smelling badly of cigarettes and said "it's too late for a color change sorry" I even stated I would oay the additional charge of a "color change" he said no we can't do that" I left after paying $35 for a bad fill and went to luxury to get a color change. Needless to say I will NEVER go back here again and I hope they learn some kindness and figure out how to work in customer service. read more
