When a different person came to finish then she was VERY kind. My nails are SUPER thin and look like they could be natural which I LOVE!! the shape isn't perfect but that's on me for not being more specific. The business had a great atmosphere and everyone was very kind, my only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. The tools weren't dirty but the counters/stations really needed some TLC!!

I should have trusted my instincts and left, but I was there with a friend and decided to stay. The nail technician who did my manicure was extremely rough and actually caused three of my fingers to bleed. She barely spoke to me throughout the appointment, and when I asked for a simple design, she seemed irritated and annoyed by the request. The service felt rushed from start to finish. She didn't brush the nail dust off my hands, offer lotion, or provide any type of hand massage or finishing service. Unfortunately, things got worse during my pedicure. The chair I was assigned was torn and broken, yet it appeared to be one of the better chairs in the salon. The pedicure bowl had not been cleaned before I arrived. I watched it get a quick rinse and wipe-down while I waited. Once filled, the water was barely warm, and I noticed both a hair and a wood chip floating in it. The pedicure itself consisted of little more than a soak, minimal filing, and polish. The technician was also extremely rough while trimming my cuticles and caused two of my toes to bleed. There was no scrub, no lotion, no massage, and no warm towels. For a service that cost $95, I expected a much more professional and sanitary experience. To make matters worse, three of my gel nails chipped the very next day. Since I was only visiting the area and live far away, I had to pay another salon $15 to repair the damage. I contacted the manager to explain my experience and the issue with the chipped gel polish. The only resolution offered was an apology. I gave this salon an opportunity to address my concerns before leaving a review, but nothing was done to make the situation right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon and would advise others to look elsewhere.

I understand they were busy, but that doesn't mean you rush up on the current client to the point you're burning up the fingers. Also to not even finish cleaning off the rest of the burrs on the edge and under our nails. Attitude was not very welcoming either. I used to love this place.

I finally decided to give it a try and decided to go here. I had an appointment with Jessica, and let me tell you.. she is AMAZING. She was attentive, and detailed. She rose above expectations, and I've never been happier leaving a salon. I will be coming back and referring friends here!
