They were quick and efficient professional and very kind and patient. The environment was very clean and smoke very nice everything was in order and it was also very professional. The hair consultant listen to my needs and my wants regarding of my son's hair she didn't decide to make her her own but instead asked me along the way if it's was okay and I really appreciate that. The price was great it was $7 for his hair to get trimmed so I gave her a $10 tip for her professionalism. I will make sure to go back there again for my son and even for my daughter. I would recommend for almost anybody to go there. And the reason why I say almost is because I have ethnic hair and honestly I don't know if the ladies have ever dealt with ethnic hair, I guess I will have to be a discussion for later to them.

I'm a real spa and massage snob so I was hesitant to book at a medspa where massage really isn't the main focus. However, this massage was just what I needed! Heather was very knowledgeable of the pain and disc issues I had, as well as of the human body. She dug right in to my pain points and loosened my muscles significantly, it was a huge relief. I received a single layer in my hair and it's very bad, not blended at all. I wasn't offered a mirror to see what it looked like either. The haircut took a very short time, it seemed very rushed. Then when I got home and checked to see what it looked like, I was shocked. Edit: Now I have Jarod telling me it must not have happened there because she always will wet the hair. I did not go alone and they can confirm my hair was never sprayed once, it was just combed back and she started cutting.
