Just to let you know, most of these took our names and number but in the end didn't get back to us. Those that responded said they would be able to help us in the morning - not useful. Only Sandfly (thanks to Charlie) was able to respond. Within 10mins he arrived out our house and it was only a short time later that we were in our house. Recommend this service 100%

He had to change four locks and he was extremely meticulous !! He filed to make sure the lock worked perfectly in line. More times than not, people only complain, not commend great customer service. He actually recommended another product than the one I had researched and it turned out to be an excellent solution. I also had a problem with the door not closing correctly and Derek was able to adjust that so that the smart lock worked perfectly. He diligently made sure that we had all the lock codes in order and made us 4-5 extra keys on site at minimal cost. He really knows what he's doing as a locksmith and is also up to date and knowledgeable about smart locks and Internet / home connectivity. The payment from the moving company for the repair was long in getting to us but they kept the lines of communication open every step of the way. Finally the payment showed and we were quickly on our way to the repair being taken care of. So far so good! Of course only time will tell but it looks solid and according to my untrained eye every attention to detail was put into the repair. He never attempted to adjust the faulty door. Ignoring my request to adjust the door, he simply sprayed WD-40 all over the place, then left. To make things worse, all of the items near the garaged doors were covered with oil (some ruined), as were the garage floor tiles - which are now stained. My door was not fixed, and the owner of this company refuses to accept resonsibility.

Found that the battery, that had been in the keypad for 6 years had finally gone bad. I removed the battery (9volt) and the positive end had soldered itself to the connection pad, and had made it unusable, and would have to be replaced.. (I thought). I called Denmark Overhead Door Co. , and spoke with Evan Denmark, and explained the problem to him. Appointment for first thing this morning was made. Evan got here on time, and was able to repair the existing keypad, replaced the battery. (Saving me the expense of new keypad) .
