But after that he stopped calling me or texting me and just ghosted me during one of my most stressful times of my life. For me being miles away from my home and especially during a crisis. I understand that having a property management company to handle things for you while out of town can be a pain and it requires more headaches of trying to coordinate with the tenants but communication is the key and if Ridgecut Roofing didn't have the time or want to have the hassle of dealing with a property management company, Nick could have just communicated to me that he was unable to complete this job for me but what he chose to do instead was leave me hanging without a word. I know his company prides itself on communication but I'm here to tell you, no one communicated with me regarding my property.
