I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.

But after that he stopped calling me or texting me and just ghosted me during one of my most stressful times of my life. For me being miles away from my home and especially during a crisis. I understand that having a property management company to handle things for you while out of town can be a pain and it requires more headaches of trying to coordinate with the tenants but communication is the key and if Ridgecut Roofing didn't have the time or want to have the hassle of dealing with a property management company, Nick could have just communicated to me that he was unable to complete this job for me but what he chose to do instead was leave me hanging without a word.
