To be honest, I'd have left the crack in it which started as a little starburst on my passenger side but has spread all the way to across to the driver's side and up the width of the windshield but I don't think it'd have passed inspection like that and I kinda need it to pass inspection if I don't want a big fat ticket. Tiger Automotive quoted me the best price and could see me on the same day, which both were important in my decision to come here. My insurance policy doesn't cover windshields, so this was completely out of pocket and it wasn't cheap. Gerald and his wife Cynthia made this whole process as painless as possible with their super cheerful personalities and friendly smiles. The entire process took about an hour and I enjoyed my time and conversation there more than I thought I would. The business is local and family owned and y'all know I love that. I left with a pretty new windshield that is no longer an eyesore AND a little mug filled with candy! Yay! Thank you, Gerald, Cynthia and the guys at Tiger Glass!

Tan interior was stained in multiple places with the windshield glue to include the arm rest, drivers seat, a-pillar trim fabric. Additional glue was found on the windshield wipers, on the surface of the windshield, the paint surrounding the windshield, and the plastic trim accordingly. They were more expensive than safelite by 120 bucks but I thought I'd receive a better experience because they were a family owned business. Luckily with rubbing alcohol everything except the fabric cleaned off okay.

BE WARNED My visit…read moreat Auto Glass Now started off normally. I brought my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced. After the job was completed, I first noticed there was shattered glass scattered throughout the interior and on the outside of my vehicle. I was told that the previous windshield had shattered, so I figured they simply couldn't get every piece. I was willing to vacuum it up myself. Then, I noticed an obvious scratch and a deep gash across the top of my dashboard. I was puzzled and honestly shocked. Furthermore, I discovered a large, deep chip along the top edge of the hood. From there, it only got worse. Multiple sections of the hood and roof edge had deep chips and gashes in the paint, with the dark gray metal underneath completely exposed. Adding to that the windshield wasn't even installed properly. The rubber molding surrounding it was uneven and did not sit flush around the entire windshield. It looked completely botched. To make matters worse, when I turned on the windshield wipers, they traveled past the edge of the windshield and hung off the side of the vehicle! You'd swear this place had never replaced a windshield before. It was just one thing after another. After I went back and proved to them that the damage wasn't there before, they accepted responsibility and said they would fix it. All they did was use a paint pen to paint over the damaged areas. They didn't actually fix the damage; they literally covered it up. I brought the vehicle back again, and after another week in the body shop, the damage was finally properly repaired. Again, I'm shocked that this business had ever installed a windshield before working on my car. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle service or repair shop. What was supposed to take no more than a couple of hours turned into an ENTIRE MONTH of back-and-forth trips to different shops, emails, phone calls, taking off of work, rentals and more damage to my vehicle than it had before I brought it in. Terrible service, sloppy workmanship, and an extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT bring your vehicle here if you expect to leave with fewer problems than you arrived with. I deeply regret going to this place and never will again.

The guy came and installed my windshield with no hiccups. The windshield that they replaced mine with was great quality and looked identical to my original glass. The only problem I had was that the guy who did the install didn't seem like he liked his job, but more as just a job. I know that's not a big player as it doesn't represent the entire company, but thats the only problem I had during my entire experience. I did have to call Safelite back because it seemed like the windshield was not flush with the frame, but it seems like it's just because it hasn't sat in the sun long enough. Regardless, it did not leak nor did I have any air leakage. I call that a job well done!
