I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.

My first initial call was with Lynne, who explained the entire process to me. She was super informative and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical but when Lynne told me it was cheaper than the one day remodel I was planning to do and they refinish laminate countertops (which is what we have in our bathroom) I figured it wouldn't hurt to get the free estimate. I mean, I wasn't gonna get a new countertop with the one day remodel. Tom came for the estimate and showed us the colors. At the time, we were definitely doing the shower and maybe thinking to do the countertop but once we saw the colors - we decided to do both for sure! Getting BOTH of those things done is HALF the cost of doing one of those one day shower remodels. And because we had money left over, we decided to add paint and a new shower door into the mix for a "no demo" bathroom reno! From there, the process was easy. I called the office to follow up with questions a few times and Sarah was so helpful and friendly - and then when Tad came out to do the job he was so professional, friendly, respectful of our house. Most of all his craftsmanship was excellent! He was clean an efficient, like he didn't leave a mess AT ALL. He left our upstairs exatly the way he found it. Thank you, Tad! I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bottom line is, ff you want basically a new bathroom for half the cost of what it would take to do a full on remodel, you gotta call Miracle Method of Boulder. Understand that this chair was never top quality, but rather like something you might have seen along the roadside with a "free" sign attached. That was before Ablyss got their hands on it. They got the project done on budget, on time, and are absolute craftsmen! The old chair looks BRAND NEW (it actually made my wife cry to see it all beautiful again). I am totally blown away with the quality of the restoration and the detail work, down to the hand-painted gold pinstripes. The owner said it would take 4 days to sand, stain…read moreand seal the main floor so we made plans to stay out of town during that time - since this isn't a project that you can stay at home for. The crew finished in 1 day +2 hours the next day. They didn't mask off our new kitchen cabinets (or anything else) as they were supposed to so everything was covered in sanding dust. They left in a hurry without locking up the house. The front door was propped open with the key in the deadbolt and all of the lights left on. They left tools and trash inside and outside the house. The owner was apologetic afterwards but accepted zero responsibility for his crew. You might think they would check to make sure everything was done correctly before letting us know they were finished, but apparently there is no quality control. There are several areas that look bad - ripples across the floor, stain on the carpeting, a splotch of stain in the hallway and a long hair sealed into the kitchen floor. We will have to hire someone else to fix these areas since we can't trust this company to be in our house.
