I arrived about 5 minutes until 5pm ( closes at 5:30), there was a sign will return in 15 minutes. So I waited until about 20 minutes after before the gentleman return with several Walmart bags ( he had been shopping on working time). He told me the information for warranty the bag to contact niko if needed. He adjusted my glasses several time then finally took my old glasses back to match. He was clueless on adjusting glasses. I looked in bag no phone number no info on how warranty works. Asked clerk about he said go to niko.com for information. I asked where does it say that. he looked and said that is all he knew. I said the glasses was blurry he blamed the prescription. I looked and glasses was dirty and had numbers on them. I had to clean them and the blurry was better. the numbers are still there and why didn't he clean and remove them. This has to been the worst place to buy glasses There was three more customer waiting when i left at 5:40 pm. So he got paid overtime for him shopping. This happen on 4/08/16. If I can't get the number off I will take them back and get my money back and go to a real vision center.

Then I initiated a return on Ebay of the item. The seller got the unit back and immediately filed a complaint with Ebay falsely claiming there were missing items from the original shipment. I emailed him and he claims he didn't receive everything which is a lie. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this guy. He is not reputable. *Update. The owner has refunded my money after I posted my complaint publicly.

Ive been seen by professionals and specialist in Pennsylvania with state of the art equipment as well by Eye surgeons that did my cataract surgery and she also told me that because of the stigmatism in my eyes such surgery would be a bit complicated, also me being Diabetic makes things worse. He told me that everyone in this field with major degrees and above his capacity profession are wrong and have missed diagnostic me. this Dr would not and refused to give me bifocal contacts because as he said it ( he pushes for Mono vision) and that is his only mission. The price? that's another joke, this man kept rising the price of his visit with me by the minute and when I told him that I was not going to allow him to rip me off, he decided to insult me and used discriminating comments as if I was not going to pay him or as if I was asking for free work. This Dr is a complete rip off. Do not visit this office if you are trying to get good service and get what you need. Over priced, rude,discriminating racist and overall bad experience. The minute you walk in to this office you realize that he does not update any of his equipment and the office still doing things on paper, not even a single computer,I was shocked to hear a 1986 typewriter being used by the secretary, that along any good equipment to give any decent diagnostic. if you need anything other than mono glasses... you better run. I ended up contacting The Community Eye Care Customer service to file a complaint about this racist discrimination Individual. I've never been called anything by any one in a professional field just because I am Hispanic. this was ridiculous.
